All of my experiences have been great here except one today was that one the employee working was new as I come here offen and I have never seen him in there. He not only took 10 minutes to figure out how to ring up a pack of coils but he also definitely needs help with learning how to read dates as he declined me service even after I explained to him clearly that I am most certainly 21. I will not go back unless I see the owner is working the employee are questionable and made me waste an additional 15 minutes going to a smoke shop that could read dates. EDIT: Owner swiftly fixed this issue and I can once again give them a good review and recommend their store!

Courteous staff..

Tried to get someone on the phone today 17 times with no answer. Poor customer service.
The vape shop in cool answered second ring. Guess ill go there even though this shop is 3 minutes from my house.
