Crystal Flash has been Very GOOD to me..
They've FILLED my tank in the middle of the Winter (Several Times) after I realized it was Almost Empty.. They were Prompt and FILLED it before I ran out!!
Whew!!
They are Polite and Respectful of their Customers..
Their Prices are Sooo Much Better than the Competition..✨

This was the first time we have used Crystal Flash. A storm had left many in the area without power. I am sure the Crystal Flash drivers were very busy. They found the time to meet us at a remote site and help keep our generator running. Good service, nice people.

Our company has always received top notch service from Crystal Flash. From the order time to the delivery time is almost always less then 24 hours. I have never had a bad experience from the office personal to the delivery drivers. Everyone is friendly!!

We are very appreciative of all the work done by staff and service personnel to make our lives more enjoyable! The autofill and app supplied tank monitoring are especially useful. Our prepay monthly payment plan is also a big help in budgeting our expenditures!

Great service with a great price. You can't go wrong with Crystal Flash!

I got a little loose with my tractor and spliced right through the propane line leading into the house; bad move. Not only did we lose all appliances and hot water, I had to deal with my hysterical wife, who thought everyone was going to blow up in the house! Anyways, Crystal Flash sent out a technician (wish I remembered his name) asap and got the problem resolved in no time. He also took the time to educate me on how the whole propane system works throughout the home. Good info for the next time I splice through the line...

Great Service

Awful service all together. We had them for over two years, it was great until moving. At my new home I was looking to transfer our account. They canceled our old account because they couldn’t “find it”. At our new home, the previous owners had a tank through crystal flash. We could not downsize to a smaller tank. Crystal flash “does not downsize to smaller tanks since there was a tank already on the property”. Therefore we would get charged additional fees for not filling it yearly. We did not nor need a 55gal and wanted something smaller for our new home. Clearly we still need a tank but will not be using there service anymore.

I hate leaving a review like this, but it’s a reflection of my experience with their company agents.

Two things that weren’t rectified when I called to talk to a representative. Quite the opposite.

1. Crystal Flash entered our fenced in backyard without our consent or our knowledge, and installed a WiFi meter to monitor our usage and LP level. Our LP usage is no one’s business but our own. That’s why we choose LP over natural gas.

2. We have neighbors on the same street paying several different rates, for the same LP that Crystal Flash has already prepaid for. When I asked for the rate that my next door neighbor has, I was told people pay different rates because of a nonsensical list of criteria.

When I informed the company agent, that we met the nonsensical criteria, more so over our next door neighbor, she changed the criteria, and said, “Well, you’re actually getting a .20 cent less “discount “ than some of your other neighbors are paying.”

What???

I hope Crystal Flash records their calls, so they can confirm the authenticity of this review.

3 day delivery, then why did i pay a week ago and still waiting for delivery???
