Online registration made the move-in process quick, easy, and hassle free. I was looking for a last minute storage at an affordable price. The staff were so helpful and kind. Huge shout out to Elizabeth who patiently worked with me. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. The facility is very clean, well laid out, and well run. In particular, Steve is extremely accommodating. I had an SUV and trailer full of stuff arriving late in the day (after the office closed) and he made sure I was able to utilize after hours access so I could unload my stuff immediately and return my rented trailer the following morning. He also offered me a military discount unprompted, told me a little bit about the area, and was just very welcoming in general. As someone who had just arrived in a new place very far from home, it was a great way to start off and put my mind at ease.

We are here for work and the original storage unit was to small for our vehicle. Steve was extremely patient and provided us with multiple options to ensure we could still have a place to park our company vehicle. We then got the door stuck and he took the time to help us open it. I highly recommend extra space storage and will use them again in the future!

This was my first time buying a storage unit from one of the auction sites. I didn't know what to expect. I was a bit nervous to say the least. From the time I arrived to the clean out inspection Dave was absolutely top notch I really appreciate all the tips he had I feel so much better prepared now for my next unit I buy at auction. I want to include "Extra Space Storage" was super clean really nice units there wasn't just a piece of plywood dividing the units it was a sturdy unit your stuff is not going to get stolen there lastly a shout out to Dave thank you so much for All your help and guidance (maybe the next one will have the 80in. fingers crossed LoL)

We have had a wonderful experience with Extra Space storage in Tacoma off 80th Street! Dave has been friendly and positive at every turn and is very helpful! He is knowledgeable and approachable in every contact we have had. The location is clean and tidy and looks inviting to anyone looking to use a storage unit. Dave made it clear if there were any question or problems that he was always available to solve the issue quickly and efficiently.
