Sarah's Pizza & Subs Eaton

The food is always good. The service and atmosphere hasn't been up to snuff since we got moved back. It doesn't have the hometown feel anymore the cashier is always rude and if you don't go in it seems like your order isn't done right.

The pizza always tastes great, but we've never received a delivery that was cut as requested, see picture for tonight's "pizza strips?"

I'm assuming it's an online order issue as we never recieve the extra sour cream with the mashed potato pizza which comes cut in slices instead of squares each time lol

EDIT: as funny as pizza strips are, its nice that sarahs are willing to make it right and i appreciate that.

EDIT 2: absolutely perfect, tastes amazing too. Can't thank Stephanie enough for getting this made right for us.

Love their Mashed Potato Pizza! It's one of my all time favorites. It was easy to order online, food was ready at the time it was supposed to be.

Sarah’s pizza is one of our favorite go-to restaurants weekly (if not more) when it comes to eating out. Not only is their food amazing (we appreciate the wide variety/selection) but their customer service is second to none. We have been to several locations and the Eaton one stands out far above the rest. I believe this should be attributed to their team leader: management, Stephanie. I’ve seen her in her element, while ordering and waiting in the lobby, many times. She never stops! Not only does she have the respect of all of her employees (not afraid to work right alongside them) but she also makes sure to greet everyone that walks through that door, even mid-task. She never ceases to make sure every task is completed efficiently and keeps things running smoothly, but she also manages to make her customers feel valued and important as well. One time I even made a special request for my son on his birthday (a Pokémon pizza I’d seen her post online) and she nailed it! My boyfriend and I are in the store often and we always appreciate her sweet spirit! It’s contagious…hard to not smile when you’re in her presence. It’s very rare to find delicious and affordable food anywhere anymore, especially combined with excellent customer service, but she’s managed to bring the best of both worlds! Kudos to you Stephanie! (And your team) I hope one day you’re recognized in the proper way and get the promotion you so deserve! See you soon!

I love their pizza and spuds..

my grandparents used to take me when i was a kid. i live in dayton now as an adult, and still occasionally make a trip to get it. always just as good as it was when i was a kid!

This place has had an amazing turnaround and love being able to get Sarah's Pizza without the drive. Food is always hot and fresh plus the service is top notch. Thank you for holding out in Eaton and revamping!

Pizza at Sarah's is always good. We had a guest from Germany and decided to introduce him to real American pizza. We ordered four different pizzas to sample, one of which was the mashed potato pizza. Our German friend was shocked to discover that, not only was the mashed potato pizza not disgusting - it was his favorite!! In any case, there is now one more Sarah's Pizza fan living in Germany, trying to convince people that pizza should be cut in squares and have mashed potatoes on top! :-D

Opened under new management, and the pizza is still awesome.
Some folks complain about the phone either being busy or no answer, but let's be real; they're that busy and worth the wait.
Had friends in from Philly, and they know pizza. They gave Sarah's high marks! And that says a lot.
Keep up they great service!

Great and friendly customer service. Answered phone after 2 rings. Fast delivery, 20 minutes after I called in the order. (large pizza, large fruit pizza & whole sub, fed 4 adults) delicious food but lukewarm which was not an issue. First time customers and pleased.

The food is always good and everybody there always takes the time to treat their customers right and I love the little family owned restaurants

This pizza is awesome hot or cold. And it's good to support small business.

Just got the large super deluxe with extra cheese and extra sauce. Pizza was top notch.... nice and hot..... thank you for an excellent pizza... definitely recommend.

This place over the past year has done a 180. Food is great has always been great and they are now answering phones with great customer service. My favorite place in eaton To get a pizza.

Fast friendly service for a small town pizza place they are great and the pizza is wonderful. Drivers are always on time and very respectful.

Very clean an well kept home town pizza & sub shop. People really friendly an GREAT FOOD. Will be back often.
