Pizza Lucé Roseville

The pizza is great! While it may seem a little pricy, it’s absolutely delicious and totally worth it. The service is pretty quick and the staff are super polite. Can be a bit loud and obnoxious inside so we always head to the outside patio whenever it’s an option. We make a point of going here every time we come to Minnesota!

My husband and I just went out to dinner for the first time at Pizza Lucé. I have heard many amazing things about them over the years and they lived up to the expectations! Our waitress was very personable and attentive, the food was amazing, and the interior design was fun! My husband ordered The Lucé pizza (added ricotta), and I the Eloté pizza. We actually preferred what the other person ordered more, but both were pretty fantastic! We also ordered the garlic cheese bread for our appetizer, and that was pretty great too. You can tell they definitely use better ingredients compared to other pizza restaurants. As a side note-something I personally noticed. Usually restaurants specializing in pizza have that stale or low quality red pepper flakes at the table, but Lucé’s were spicy and had a lot of flavor. Such a small and almost insignificant factor just solidifies the whole experience tbh.

If you are looking for a SOLID pizza option for dinner, I’d totally try out Pizza Lucé if I were you. I know I’ll be going back again.

Ordered the Fire Breathing Dragon Pizza. I was impressed with the hearty chunks of chicken. It was so good and filling that I even had leftovers for the following day. Was surprised when the pizza was delivered by their own driver instead of a third party. This is a clear sign of a quality establishment that cares about their customers as well as their employees. Costs the same as ordering from fast food competitors but the pizza is much better quality. Will definitely order from this location again!

Funny addendum: My former roommate "introduced me" to this place and offered to pick up their pizza for me if I gave him money. Turns out he had been warming up a Papa Murphy's pizza into an old Pizza Luce box and pocketing the difference before giving it to me. This went on from 2020-2021 so it's a pleasure to finally eat the real thing.

The website is helpful, great atmosphere, and phenomenal food. Unmatched, hands down the BEST pizza we have ever eaten along with THE BEST artichoke dip with fresh bread. So yummy, we will be back soon!

I live in Denver, but visit the Twin Cities once or twice a year. This was my second time going to Pizza Lucé! And I LOVED IT. I am vegan and very impressed with your many vegan choices, as well as using Herbivorious Butcher's meat! I will never say no when this place is a suggested dining choice.

Definitely hit the pizza craving spot. Ordered the garlic bread & The Bear (& Lucé Pizza in the back) Brought back home the Pistachio Lemon Cheesecake. It was ALL so good, no complaints. Our server was so nice ! He only was running a little behind, no big deal at all, it was a busy Sat night so very understandable. He comp’d a few of items as an apology…. that was so kind & really appreciated ! 10/10 loved this visit !

Was in town for work and this place was recommended as it was trivia night that night. Got there and got a table without to much trouble (I think someone in our party made a reservation as there were 7 of us) which is always a plus on trivia night. Ordered up some drinks, then pizza and wings. We got three pizzas: the Classic, the Bear, and the Ruby Rae. All three were awesome! The wings and blue cheese were great also, nice and meaty drumettes. I went with the oatmeal stout on nitro from Summit Brewing Company, as I'm a malty kinda guy, and it went well with all the pies as they, too, were meaty and robust.

And... we came in 3rd for trivia and got a $10 gift card.

Definitely recommended and would eat there again in a heartbeat. They have an extensive menu besides pizza and many of the pasta, salad, and hoagie selections looked tasty.

The “baked potato pizza” was amazingly delicious. The Mac and cheese was free with a coupon we got in the mail. The patio seating was lovely too. Would highly recommend!

**Went back again 6/2/24: they have BRUNCH! Did not realize this. The lemon pancakes were so good. Our waitress was amazing. Always nice to sit on the patio.

This review is for brunch only. The food is super tasty and reasonably priced, and most of the offerings were on the savory side. It wasn't busy at all on a Saturday before 11. Recommend the bowl with chorizo!

Tried a cocktail for the first time, as a fellow mixologist it was amazingly crafted. Baylee was our server and she did a great job!

Love Pizza Luce! We came to this location for Father’s Day and had a reservation. We were seated promptly and I was amazed at the number of gluten-free options available. My dad and husband shared a pizza (they loved it) and I opted for the gluten-free stuffed shells (yum!) My daughters liked both of their meals as well. We ended our meal by splitting a gluten-free “Molly bar” (delicious chocolate brownie) and my daughters enjoyed free ice cream that came with their kids’ meals. Our server was attentive and friendly and really made our experience great. Would highly recommend!

Pizza Luce has been a favorite of mine for years. I’ve been ordering from them since I moved to the area in the ’90s, and it was always my go-to restaurant after gigs. Pizza Luce. When I became a vegetarian, it was one of the only places that had a real vegetarian/vegan menu.

Now we use the Roseville location for deliveries, and my kids love the selection. When the grandparents visit, this is a great place to take them. The staff are friendly, the delivery drivers are great, and the cooks are top-notch. I appreciate the great pizza, sandwiches, pasta, and dessert selections, and there are always new and interesting options to try depending on the season.

Always incredible pizza; but the breakfast pizza was noteworthy this time and the vibe was nice sitting outside for brunch. We also split a waffle which was delicious.

Forgot it was Father's Day, they were busy but our server, Julia, was fantastic! I had the lemon meringue pie-tini, and I will definitely have it again! We had spinach artichoke dip, (ALWAYS delicious) and the margherita pizza, and everything came out in a timely manner, shout out to the cooks! Always happy with Pizza Lucè, thanks for the yummy food!

Me and my friends celebrated my birthday here last night. We had a very very lovely server named Julia. Julia unfortunately was thrown with some unexpected circumstances such as long wait times,'our food being remade 3 times, and no whipped cream for our desserts. She was very busy and doing an phenomenal job and keeping us happy and waiting. She was so very kind and friendly to us! Probably the best server at this establishment. She deserves a raise and a bonus for her amazing customer service! She made our experience here 100 times better than it couldve been. Thanks Julia

Have had a better time than this visit. The table was so wet, I had to ask for them to dry it off. I ordered the Watermelon salad which was a summer feature. I had trouble finding any watermelon! Cheese garlic bread hardly had any cheese on it.
My friend has a lunch special and she said it was delicious.

Been here several times. Always good food. Friendly staff. Love the exceptional pizza we order and the Greek salad is my favorite. The dressing is so good. Staff tells me that dressings are made in house.

I've been here several times. The food consistently delivers, but service can be slow during busy times. On my recent visit, we ordered a vegan mushroom pizza without arugula, a vegan hoagie, and vegan garlic cheese bread. The kitchen made the same mistake twice with the pizza (added arugula), resulting in a longer wait. Our hoagie got cold. They compensated us fairly, but they should ask if it's okay to serve food separately to avoid cold food when kitchen mistakes happen

We first went to Pizza Luce about 20 years ago. At the time, it was an hour away, but it was worth the drive. A few years ago, we moved, and now we have one within a couple of miles. It’s a favorite! They have great garbage pizzas, and they usually have a special offering that’s always worth trying. Last fall, they had peach pizza; I hope it comes back this fall. We’re going for the Saucy Goat next.
