Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We had a mobile order and showed up a little late to get our food, and we weren’t able to get it the night we ordered it and the staff was extremely helpful and kind in making sure everything was fixed and made right for us the next day. I would highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat! 😁 The night manager was amazingly kind and helpful! The employer is lucky to have her as an employee!

They have such good ice cream that it's almost unbelievable, and even if you order a blizzard from the drive thru, they tilt it upside down

Despite being very busy and thus taking a little longer than usual, the staff was very friendly and unfrazzled. The blizzards were all very good and passed the upside down test.

Very clean, but the employees were spectacular!!! I've never met such nice people! We went to pick up a personalized cake for my daughter's 6th birthday, absolutely gorgeous and delicious!

Its dq so it's about the only fast food worth eating. Ice cream dishes are where it's at.

I made my dad go inside and get something while I did a virtual doctor appt I was going to be late for due to a traffic accident.

He is 87 and said it was THE BEST Strawberry shake he's ever had.

Very clean restaurant with delicious foods and the best ice cream treats! Love their chocolate soft serve!

Drive thru service is good, depending on what time of day you get there the line may be a little long (but goes quickly). Blizzards are good. 2 for $6 meals are a good deal especially when you upgrade the sundae for a blizzard. No complaints here.

Asia at the Centralia Dairy Queen drive-through has the best customer service! She is very polite and goes to the extra mile to ensure that customers are satisfied. This girl is going places!

Awesome strawberry sundaes, French fries and chicken strip at a reasonable price. Customer service was very nice and polite.
Only complaint would be the lobby hours!
Why on a Friday night in August
(especially when it was 90° today & 98° yesterday)are the lobby hours only open until 7 pm??
Makes no sense. Even the drive thru is only open to 10 pm!

Good good food. Really no waiting when ordering and waiting for food. I noticed the manager being super helpful to the new traineer. The girls had smiles that were genuine behind the counter. We sat for a few minutes and this very sweet girl brought our order to us. We will be sure to come back.😀

AMAZING customer service. I purchased a cake for my sons birthday and the declarations on it were amazing. They were so helpful through the whole process and had it ready on time. I would recommend anyone to come to this Dairy Queen. Thank you!

The flame through'r is one of the best burgers they have here and the pretzel sticks with cheese is awesome!!!!!!!! Very nice people there clean and a nice view of the lake out back. Update (feb)They have a new menu look! Don't forget the cheese curds!!! And a cotton candy blizzard needs to he all year

Very friendly and accommodating staff, I was rather impressed. I had a graduation event here and they reserved tables for it, and even had "congratulations!" On it, which was very lovely. I had a great time, the service was great, food was hot and fresh, and it was a clean setting. I thanked the staff many times, I hope they know how much it is truly appreciated.

Food was hot and cooked well, the ice cream and slushies are great ways to cool down, the restaurant is clean and well maintained, if you are craving hot eats or cool treats, check it out

My family and I are regulars here and this is by far my son's favorite fast food restaurant. Not only because he loves their chicken stip baskets but because the staff here are great and so friendly. The manager here is amazing and she treats everyone wonderful. 10 out of 10 for this Dairy Queen!
