Fox's Pizza Den

Owner was present when we ordered and was customer-service oriented & pleasant to chat with. The order took a bit longer than expected for pick up, but that’s understandable because every business is understaffed right now and doing the best they can. Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious… ordered it for an impromptu family get-together and all were very happy. We will return to support this local business.

Fox’s franchises are really making a go at improving quality and perception by renovating locations. I’d like to continue to see Wedgies at more locations. Really good pizza and general food, I order pretty frequently.

The service was good. The pizza was awful though. It tasted like a worse version of Little Caesars but more expensive. It’s a shame because there was nothing wrong with the service, the employees were very nice.

The food is great but when you call to order delivery there is almost never a driver so it isn't available or the phone just isn't picked up. It's extremely unfortunate as the food is good for a chain restaurant.

So I was so excited about this since no one delivered to my house. We order alot of pizza for magic the gathering nights so this was a life safer!and they had Best buffalo chicken pizza any fox's I have had. But as of recently I will call and after 30 min of ringing I give up. This was the last two weekends. I am heart broken.

Fox's Pizza Volant Worst service ever! Took took 1hour and 15 minutes to deliver pizza 5 miles. Pizza Arrived cold with all toppings at one end greasy mess. Blah!

Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone then depending on who answers whether they deliver to our address or not is apparently a debate even though we are well within range. Also they have "turned off" online ordering so most times we've just had to drive there in person to order then wait. Unacceptable.
