Second time I come with my family, the food is delicious!!! Fresh and tasty. We loved everything we ordered. 100% recommend

Very good food. I loved the tamale plate, which is saying alot when I lived in a place where I had homemade tamales alot.

The best Mexican food I have ate here in Utah! The presentation is so beautiful and every bite is delicious. The staff are nice and friendly. Must try the carne asada plate!

El Mesiquense makes a great Al Pastor. I have tried the asada and carnitas, which are both good, but not my favorite. But the Al Pastor with pineapple and fresh corn tortilla is amazing. The family deal is the way to go. Get some extra tortillas. The chips and regular salsa are also great. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long -- good luck with your timing :) Don't forget -- the Al Pastor is the go-to here!!!

Very authentic and flavorful. Huge burritos and chimichangas. I had a fish taco. It reminded me of being on the beach under a palapa in Baja California.

Went there with my wife they had no wait, the food was fast and hot. We loved there salsas/hot sauces delicious flavors and good spice level. I had a chimichanga which was really good. The lady at the counter was super friendly and my y wife enjoyed her tacos. Will definitely be going back.

My wife and I have traveled to Mexico many times and I went yesterday night (Saturday night) and got the carne asada plate and the pollo asado plate. DELICIOUS!! This is the first time we’ve had pollo that tastes like Mexico. It was actually even better. And the steak, was seasoned well and DELICIOUS!

Went there on taco Tuesday. Can’t possibly underestimate how this place wasn’t packed. Amazing tacos, amazing service and people. Loved the atmosphere and hope to visit again soon!

Really really good food. I highly recommend their half chicken meal for $14.99.

Amazing Mexican food, massive portions, and priced so well! The 8.99 nachos have tons of carna asada, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and the salsa bar pairs perfect! Whole chicken dinner is out of this world and I'd say it would feed 4 to 5 easy.

Had the Shrimp Tacos for lunch. Very good. Larger than some not small street tacos. Good Salsa to.

This place deserves 6 stars for service alone. They truly care about customers and having a great experience. The food is also bomb and a great deal.

Texas transplant and one of our favorite meals is the $28 special - w free chips & salsa.
This comes w 2liter of coke, rice, beans, chicken, shrimp, steak, ground meat w flour tortillas (splits easily for about 4)

Really great experience. I went on a Wednesday evening and it was not busy at all. They were super kind and helpful when I needed help deciding what tacos I wanted. Their tacos are so so so good. I got fish, carnitas, and chicken. I did order my food to go and they were so kind to offer me chips and salsa while I waited. Their salsa bar is fantastic and each of the salsas were super flavorful. I also absolutely love that they have habenero peppers in their bar. They were super quick too in getting my food ready to go. I also loved being able to watch soccer on their fantastic televisions. Really clean and great atmosphere. Super fantastic staff.

We were in the area and looking for some authentic Mexican food. We tried this place and we are so glad we did. The food was really good, fresh, made to order and definitely authentic. The service was fast and friendly. Sometimes sanitation is sacrificed when the food is good; not here, the bathrooms and restaurant were extremely clean. Definitely 5 five stars and a must try!

Concerning Utah county, this is the best authentic Mexican food place around. The premises were clean, the owner was concerned about us when we accidentally dropped our plates. She also took an interest in our kids. I won't go to any other Mexican place in Utah county.

The Al Pastor is the best in Utah county. I still need to try a place in SLC to see if this place is the best in Utah. 10/10 would eat tacos again
