Mark was a great salesman, at the Trussville location he was very patient answered all my questions I inquired about. Upon finishing my sale the rest of the associates were interactive we had a great laugh about George he was not a real associate. I already seen what my next purchase will be. After having an experience at another furniture, we came to Ashley Furniture Outlet in Trussville!! My husband and I were greeted by Sarah and Cleo. Sarah and Cleo were wonderful to work with. They were both very friendly! They provided excellent advice for mattresses and bases. Sarah was extremely helpful in ordering our bedroom suite. I highly recommend going to this outlet as the entire staff had positive attitudes, know about their products, and are very personable!

I had a great experience and it was two part. I came in one day to look at inventory and was met by Ms. Marie. She was attentive and thorough. I came in to finalize my purchase another day and Ms. Marie met me with the same excellence. I’m excited about our new purchase and thankful for her assistance. Well done.

Marie was super helpful! She was able to answer every question we had from memory except for one. She was patient... and I mean REAL patient with us as we walked back and forth testing out recliners. I think we did 3 tours of the product stock!
