RED the manager that was working night shift along side the crew members gave me one of my best and remembering experiences. Thanks again guys I will visit this location again. Red greeted me as I entered got my confusing order correct Served it fast and was fresh. Her energy and hospitality was amazing. Thanks Greg the guy with the heater who needed extra assistance.

Customers matter over profit. If you ever get kiosks I will never return. Bring back the in store grills. And when we get rid of Biden for gods sake bring down the prices .

Great food. Order was correct. Box that u place your drive through oder needs some loven.

Friendless staff I have experienced in fast food in a very long time! The building itself needs severe attention. No air conditioning in the bath rooms, mold and water are leaking from the ceiling throughout the dining area. Kudos to the staff for being so incredible while working in those conditions!

Hot and fast. One of the best Whoppers I've ever had.

I love the food at Burger King. They have a great chicken sandwich and French toast sticks for breakfast!

Foods been good, but attitudes haven't from some.

I was pretty happy to see Troy's Burger King was open. Troy's Burger King has always been the best. The food is wonderful as it has ever been. The family deal is great value. The workers do a wonderful job keeping the food warm and freshly made. The employees are very friendly and courteous. I love the Nostalgia of purchasing meals at Burger King bring fond memories of times spent there with our children.

Update 4/19/23 Vastly improved ! I wouldn’t have even have come here except my daughter told me to try it again. Worth coming to, food was delicious and fast service.

Old review from 2 years ago: Slow motion! And still gets ur order wrong! Always check ur order before you leave drive-thru and they never give a receipt!

Very accurate, and fast, just like a fast food restaurant should be at drove thru.

The employees are so fast and i never work there before and the food is delicious and all employees in that restaurant needs to have about up to $14.75 to $16.00 an hour in there pay raise and all managers are so incredible and managers needed to get paid by salary as they deserve it on there hard work in the Burger King restaurant and owner needs to get that front porch wall replaced immediately before it's falls apart and stop waiting in last minutes to get it fixed.

Very pleasant drive through experience even though they seem understaffed. I don’t ever go to BK but this was a high quality experience.

Went through the drive thru. Only one car ahead of me...so my wait was minimal. My food was nice and hot.

Went through the drive thru and the young lady working the window was great 👍. Love the ham egg and cheese croissant.

Burgers are flamebroiled giving them a grilled flavor NOT FRIED like McDonalds. The King also pays their employees more than McDonald's. McDonald's is and has always mistreated their workers with low wages.

Always quick thru the drive thru and actually the only BK I've ever gone to that ran out of chicken nuggets due to Troy State Colleges Football game was playing there at home in Troy,Ala
