Taco Bell

We ordered about a month ago, and I just remembered to leave this 5 star (sorry). We have a family of 6 who loves taco bell. Unfortunately, the ones in our home town have gone down hill, and we stopped eating taco bell. We are new to Lawton and decided to give this location a try. We were so excited to get our order and it was 100% spot on perfect! Nothing was missing (which occurs a lot for our big orders), everything was made correctly, and the portions were correct. Seriously, the team working could have made the food for the commercials. There was sauce in every bite, not just big globs at one end (y'all know what I'm talking about). Thank you guys for being awesome!

Every food preparer wears gloves to protect the public. The food is great and the staff even greater!
UPDATE: Taco Bell on Sheridan made some changes. Most of them are aesthetic. The restaurant looks even better. And the staff was so friendly. One young lady, I wish I could remember her name, had answers for every question we had. (The one on the right). She knew all the food changes and what came in and with an order. The other young lady was behind the counter but I can say she is quick with a smile, and has a good sense of humor. Actually the whole staff was grand. The General Manager was very nice also. I told him how much I liked this Taco Bell and he was very gracious in thanking me.

They were very accommodating to my dairy allergy. I had ordered at the kiosk so I was not able to make a note of my dairy allergy. Once I received Mexican pizza you could see cheese on it from the utensil they use to cut them. The remade it, and he brought it back out and said he washed all items before making it. I would have been completely ok with it even uncut, so they went above and beyond. Food was great and I appreciate their kindness.

order the steak quesadilla it was so good but next time will add onions and jalapenos....

I should've gotten her name but the lady with the ruby red and black Bob hairstyle is so kind! Her attitude was great, even though she had to work front counter AND on the line making food. She was very patient with us and our complicated order...I just love seeing kind, hardworking people who seem to love their jobs

The entire drive thru staff was excellent, did a fantastic job , food was fresh and wonderful, I moved here from chickasha and chickasha and Duncan's taco bell is nothing compared to this one here in Lawton, I can honestly say their menu is always accurate and they always have everything on the menu whenever I go which is everyday.

I won't go to any other Taco Bell in town. The one on Sheridan is always friendly and I haven't had to worry about my food allergies. When I tell them no onions I never have to take it back in to be replaced. Nothing ruins my day like having to go get a shot in my butt because someone puts an onion on something. I've never had to worry about it at this location. Great job people!

This place has done amazing every since they have changed the service is awsome and the gm in the morning was do nice she helped me order for my long john crew across street and they weren't even open in the lob y yet thanks again and the food was amazing ima come back ty cash and hennery

This Taco Bell has very hard working employees, I've never had a bad experience and this is my go-to Taco Bell. I've seen a manager help an old lady, they never mess up my orders. If I'm being honest here, these employees deserve to be paid more simply because they work hard and fast, cheers Taco Bell!

We love Taco Bell!! It is quick, delicious, and they always get our order correct. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is always clean, and the condiments are always stocked. Keep up the good work, guys and gals!

I usually order a bean and cheese burrito with extra extra extra onions and I get a regular bean and cheese burrito...every.single.time...but tonight they nailed my burrito. Great job night crew. I'm highly impressed. Keep up the great work. From now on I'll come by around midnight to pick up my food. You guys are awesome.

I ordered thru door dash and tbh my order was great. The employees worked pretty hard to get everyone through the line, since it was very late Friday night I understood the wait.

The workers here are SO kind! We asked for tons of mild sauce with our food and they delivered beautifully. We left there with big smiles on our faces and good food!

Been going to this taco bell for many many years. So I've always liked it there. But this last time I went the manager and staff rocked .they treated me and my family very good and very kind .which was awesome and at the right time and reason we was all in town at that time was hard enough. So Taco Bell just made our time there very good experience and was very kind and nice to us and we needed that. So I thank them very much for that .cause Taco Bell didn't know what we,was going through they was just doing their job with awesomeness. And that helped us more then they know .tyvm for that Taco Bell.

The cashiers name on our receipt is April W. Assuming that's who helped us at the window, she was awesome! One of the nicest people my husband and I have met. She was so personable and sweet.

Hadn't been here in probably over a year because the service had gone down hill and the food was terrible. This time I went and staff was very friendly, fast and food was better.

Really enjoy this taco bell my daughter dropped her cup and one of the employees helped by picking up and cleaning her cup. Really has a welcoming vibe. Really makes the trips to my wives ob doctor that much more awesome!

I often submit large orders online and then pickup at the drive-thru. They get my orders right and make things easy.
