My wife and I went to Mattress Firm to purchase a new mattress and it was an excellent experience. We were immediately met by Jenna who provided above-and-beyond service, with a pleasant attitude and a great knowledge of the products in stock. After trying out a number of beds, we settled on one we loved. She got us an extremely good deal on pillows as well as the mattress itself. I can't recommend this store enough!

I recently had a horrendous experience trying to buy a mattress from an online retailer. After canceling due to the inflexibility of there delivery service, I decided to go to Mattress Firm in Keene. I had already done a lot of research so had a good idea of what I wanted. B the salesperson greeted me right away. She was very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to try different mattresses. I never felt pressured and I walked out of the store 45 minutes later and my new mattress will be delivered on Friday. Highly recommend this store

This was our first visit to Mattress Firm where we had the pleasure of working with Stanley who has 15 years of experience and it CLEARLY shows! We also had the pleasure of meeting Brenda who also works there as well! Both of them were a world of fun and it's obvious they enjoy their jobs and serving the community! I was nervous walking in as to how our experience would be (afterall, dealing with salespeople is dealing with salespeople...I expected high pressure, aggression and pushiness). Stanley was the exact opposite. He listened to what we were looking for and was ready to work within our price range with no judgement and accommodated our needs to a "T". Both Cory and I would recommend a visit to this establishment in a heartbeat, they made our experience pleasurable and fun and we can NOT wait to sleep on our new mattress! Thank YOU Stanley and Brenda for making our trip to Mattress Firm so wonderful! How much the two of you enjoy your work is a breath of fresh air and it doesn't go unnoticed! We appreciate you!
