Marco's Pizza

Ordered from the painsville store, We had a problem placing an order on the app and had to call the store, we spoke to Amber. She was such a big help, she walked us through the problem and was very informative. We always order from this store and have always had great customer service! Ty! Amber for your excellent service!

The delivery staff is consistently timely and friendly. The Fiery Old World Pepperoni and Pepperoni Magnifico pizzas are absolutely delicious.

Marco’s pizza is excellent! Make sure you download the app because they have such good deals on there. We are craving some simple, cost-effective hand-tossed pies. Marco is one of our go-to.

First time eating at Marcos. Did a carry out order late night... tried to order from other establishments before ordering from Marco's and those places were closed/ didn't answer AND IM SO GLAD WE WEREN'T ABLE TO ORDER FROM THE OTHER PIZZA PLACES!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY PIZZA FROM MARCO'S ON MENTOR AVE!!! ( I did " copy" a greek style PIZZA from another restaurant and MARCO'S MADE IT BETTER!!! We also ordered a reg pepperoni and added the "old world" pepperoni to it...AMAZING, layers of beautiful semi crispy pepperoni ( with extra chs). The Greek style pizza had: feta chs, reg chs, green olive, chicken, pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers and 1/2 red onions and I am not lying about all the flavors that just overwhelm the taste buds... I was sad to take the first bite because I knew I will never have that kinda of euphoric experience again. But I digress... ordered online and was ready for pickup within 10 minutes AMAZING. This establishment and MARCO'S for becoming my new favorite pizza place. Thanks for the wonderful food!

Painesville is on my cleaning route, twice a month for the last 2 years. Along with Chardon and Willoughby. We will usually wait until we are close enough to order from Marcos. Every order has been hot,delicious and worth my money! I'm not a review writer but this place deserves to be recognized because it is the only place that is consistent on the product and service!

Updating my review from last year now that they've fixed their online ordering system. It kicks butt now!

Marcos Painesville is excellent! Their drivers are always courteous, they rarely mess up orders and if something is genuinely wrong in an order they go above and beyond to correct the issue and do right by the customers. Seriously this branch is excellent and I always order from them over any other chain pizzeria. My go to is either the Chicken Florentine or the Pepperoni Magnifico. The only topping I dont care for is their mushrooms because they're soft and floppy instead of crispy like some other places but i realize that's a limitation of what kind of mushrooms they get (canned vs fresh/freezedried). Some people prefer them that way and that's ok!

This place is great with how accurate and fresh the food is! This is my son's favorite out of the pizza chains especially the painesville location. I'll take marcos over pizza hut or dominos anyday.

Never had an issue always GREAT. Did contactless Tonight, pizza was outside main door instead of my apt. Went to grab pizza, box looked stepped on, front of box was open and pizza was out. I picked it up the rest of the pizza falls on the ground. I call let them know the situation, offered to buy another pizza which was no problem, manager says I'll send another one. Great customer service.

Super Bowl Sunday, they were busy. Pizza was ready to pick up on time. It was good.

Need one where I live so I don't have to drive to OHIO evey week to get pizza

Zax always has the best attitude in the building! Very helpful, awesome customer service, and is the only one that keeps track of rewards points that I have towards my orders.

We love the pizza ANYTIME we've gotten it from Marco's. We especially love the choice for thick crust. So many variations of pizza! We order Marcos often. Definitely recommend!

Ordered via phone. Pizza was really good and reasonable price. I asked the order taker (Bo) on receipt if there was a delivery charge. I didn't find out until I received the pie. $3.99 ? Delivery guy got $5 no offer for red pepper, parm cheese, or any complementary additions. I will venture a try at my local Marco's because your product is good...

It was almost 10 on a Tuesday night and very few places were open that deliver. I don't usually like chains, but being lazy I was happy to find Marcos open and still delivering. After ordering on line I believe it said about a 45min wait, which it reasonable for 2 subs a specialty pizza and cinnamon dough dessert. I swear they must have made it in their car at the end of the driveway! We were eating in less than 20 minutes, I'm not really sure how they pulled that off! The food was very good too. I love meatball subs but the meat often has an odd flavor to me, probably something mom didn't put in our meatballs growing up and these meatballs didn't have have that taste, it was a good sub. The specialty pizza was the one with 2 types of pepperoni and it was really good, there was tons of pepperoni and cooked so the edges were crispy and curled, just the way we like it. Needless to say I will be ordering more often!

Update - While we haven’t been back for the wings, the pizza from this Marco’s is always great and the staff is always friendly.

Ordered wings online. Stopped in to pick them up and the store was busy. Lots of people making food behind the counter. Staff was friendly and things were very clean by appearance and lots of hand washing was happening. We weren’t thrilled with our wings as we found them to be extremely small for the price that was charged, they were a bit chewy and the sauce wasn’t what we ordered. Pizza from here in the past has been good but I don’t think we’ll be back for the wings.

Always upbeat, friendly, fast service! You can tell the employees have fun and love their job and we love that!!! The food is always fresh, so deelish and fast. These guys (and gals lol) do an AWESOME JOB! This is our new regular pizza spot!

This is the best pizza I had in 50 years. Very flavorful, not just a bunch of stuff heaped on some doe. This is the closet you can get to perfection. They are consistent, with great delivery! Keep up the excellent work and you have a customer for life.

Just ordered at Marco's for the first time and this is by far the best pizza we have had in the Painesville area in a long time. Used the online ordering without a hitch and was warmly welcomed in the store when I picked up. Outstanding ingredients and an awesome crust that was not too soggy and not burned. (Which has been our experience at other places) We have found our new pizza place!! Keep up the good work Marco's!

If you haven’t eaten pizza from Marco’s, you’re not living life to the fullest. The sauce is amazing, the crust is a perfect balance of soft and crispy, and the toppings are delicious. Unlike other restaurants, the mobile app and online ordering is flawless. Do yourself a favor and order Marco’s tonight.
