I bought a couple of Bald Cypress from this nursery at my local JayC last fall. Anyway, both trees are infested with rust mites. These spider mites are species specific and there are no other cypress in my area, so I think it is safe to assume it came from the nursery with these pests. I used their contact form on their website to reach out and ask what the best treatment option was, as I have tried both ortho lawn and landscape and neem oil without success. They have yet to get back to me.

Beware of their trees in the Prunus genus, I inadvertently brought fungus in with their apricots. It then infected other trees. Menards still carries their infected trees with obvious symptoms.
