Excellent service from the first point of contact with Michael, to the delivery of the unit - good pricing too! I would not hesitate to recommend.

When I called and said I needed a container ASAP, they arrived at my house the next morning with a very clean and practically new container. All of my dealings with this company have been top notch professional. And, they are cheaper than any competitors in this area. I definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

Finding a diesel mechanic or someone to work on big trucks is very hard nowadays it is a dying trade unfortunately.
I had a Box truck that I had owned for a couple of years that needed a bunch of stuff done to it I thought but I brought it into these guys. The owner introduced himself wanted to know a little bit about my fleet and my company. Although I'm not the biggest customer they gave me time and attention. I was going on vacation so I dropped it off the day before. Only to find out it wasn't as bad as I thought they could have taken me for a lot of money and they didn't. I will definitely be bring all of my commercial vehicles to them. And I highly recommend them to any other small business owners that may have diesels or medium to like duty fleets

I was across the street at sttc getting a tire repair. The staff there said there's a great shop i.e apple truck,across the street. I called and was told Louis would help me. HE DID! The people there are outstanding,as well as sttc! I was repaired and rolling in 30 minutes!

We found Jason at Apple Truck & Trailer very easy to work with, accommodating & helpful We have rented 1-2 units while we were in the process of moving over the course of 4 months, so far! Everyone we have dealt with, from the office staff, to the delivery person have all been very professional. We have been letting friends, including passerby's who have stopped to ask questions about the unit(s), what an easy & uneventful experience this has been. Renting from them has been the easy part of this whole moving experience!

Update: I did follow up to see if we could find a resolution as the reply to this review requested, but was told by the owner that the reply was from their web manager and was unauthorized by them. He added, “Keep posting, nice job,” so I’m posting. Too bad, was definitely hopeful but this is case closed and I’m eating the $4,000.

We purchased a used refrigerated van from Michael Sensano at Apple Truck for our farm for $42,000, sold to us as fully functional as per their mechanic's inspection and with a clean bill of health from the Thermoking dealer down the road. We drove it home, a little over two hours, running the reefer unit down to temp. Upon arrival we checked underneath to discover a major fluid leak from the rear axle. Because of Apple's 30 day guarantee and their distance from us, they agreed to cover the cost of repairs at our local Ford dealership. That dealership found numerous issues, including rotten ignition switches, a bad coolant fan, and transmission fluid leaking from a bad gasket at the real differential. Our salesperson at Apple was very unhappy about all the repairs, and doubted the honesty of the folks at the Ford dealer, but true to his guarantee covered the cost at around $4,000. We had the van back a couple weeks later

Unfortunately, the problems with the vehicle didn't end there. Upon our next trip, the reefer unit flashed a low pressure warning and was unable to cool to the set temperature. Still within the 30 days, we called Michael at Apple. We use a different Thermoking dealer than they do, a bit closer to us, but Michael asked that we use theirs since they'd be covering the service. We obliged, and received the van back about a week later. Michael explained that the techs at the Ford dealer had loosened some hoses working on the engine, which led to a freon leak. It made it down to temp without the low pressure warning.

The next time we went to use the van, the low pressure warning was back same as before. We took it to our Thermoking dealer this time, who ran a leak check and discovered an irreperably cracked evaporator coil. The cost to replace it was around $4,000. We called the Thermoking dealer Apple used, who were very nice and professional in providing us with the service record from Michael's visit. That record did not include a leak check, or the loose hoses Michael had mentioned; it did mention that the drier had come apart and plugged up the expansion valve. Because the second service to fix the underlying issue at our Thermoking dealer was over the 30 day guarantee, Apple refused to cover it, leaving us with the bill.

All in all, egg on our face, and will not be doing business with Apple again due to false representation of product, dissembly of the issue right up to the 30 day finish line, and ultimate hand-washing of any responsibility. Stuff happens: this is an account.
