I cannot recommend Ted enough. He is courteous and quick with repairs. He communicates each step of the process with you along the way to make sure you are informed and comfortable with the cost of the repairs after diagnosing the issue. I know there are some repairs that require a visit to a garage but many can be done in your own driveway or wherever you broke down. The hassle of getting a tow truck and waiting for a busy garage to get to your vehicle is all avoided when you call Ted. The convenience and professionalism of his services are priceless. Ted is a great guy. He arrived at our home within 15 minutes of us calling him. He located the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes of getting to our home. He had all the right equipment he needed. We moved to Nashville a year ago this month and a friend recommended Ted Vandell for our auto mechanical work. Ted has saved us a lot of time and money on our auto repairs and Ted has helped us with our home repairs. We believehe can fix anything and he never has had to do a repair over. He's on time, trust worthy and only repairs what is needed. We plan on using Ted as long as we have repair needs. Ted is a pleasure to work with.

We were staying at Montgomery Bell State Park and our car would not crank. Ted came out quickly and was able to find the problem and resolve it. We had a secondary problem that he rescued us from the side of the road. He solved that issue as well and then followed us back to Montgomery Bell State Park. I would highly recommend his service!

Outstanding service and very fair prices. My Sienna wouldn't start on a Saturday morning, and Ted replied and showed up about 20min after I contacted him. An hour later I had a new starter and was back on the road. Helpful, friendly, and informative. No hesitation whatsoever recommending him. (oh, and conveniently he takes venmo/paypal/cashapp/etc, which I didn't notice mentioned on his site, so that was a pleasant surprise)
