Biloxi Bicycle Works

I just moved to the area about a month ago, and needed to have my bike serviced. Long story short, Bart and his shop have come through many times for me since and at reasonable prices with quick turnaround time.

The social interaction and community involvement he does absolutely makes me feel welcome. Friday bike rides, and Wednesday road rides are always looked forward to. Even my kids participate.

This shop is a huge asset to the community.

I purchased my bike from Biloxi Bike Works and have continued to shop there for any accessories and upgrades. Incredible owner and his staff are just as amazing. I’ve been able to order stuff they did not have available, and was quickly notified as soon as the product landed on their door step. I recommend them to everyone I can. This is honestly the best shop I’ve been to across the country.

I’ve been in and out of the shop, joined in on quite a few bike rides hosted, and have made quite a few upgrades to my bike! I am, and I’m sure Biloxi is, grateful to have this shop so involved with the community. It is hard to shop anywhere else. Every time I’ve been greeted by super friendly staff and they are very knowledgeable of every product on their shelf. Thank you for all you do!

You can really feel the passion these guys have for bicycling! Bart hosts multiple biking events weekly, just check his event calendar.
Biloxi Bicycle Works is SUPER friendly, with no nonsense salesmanship. They will not pressure you in any way to purchase a bike, they listen to what you need, what’s in your price and give you options.
They allow you to rent bikes to explore the city. They have technicians that work on the bikes. The let you text ride a bicycle you’re interested purchasing.

Fantastic bicycle shop for really really really good looking people . Great bikes and accessories. Extremely active in local community sponsoring bike rides for all flavors of bikes. Bart is a national treasure, and probably has the best “Blue Steel’ in the south.

I had trouble finding a bicycle shop that would change my inter-tubes. Everyone at this shop was so nice and helpful, I was able to drop off and pick up within a few hours. Will absolutely spread the word about this fantastic business and be back again!

I really love our Friday nights bike rides with Bart. In fact my wife and I have decided that it will be our date night! We have been riding with the group about five months now and my wife and I have made some wonderful friends. It is totally a wonderful group to ride with and Bart and his staff are wonderful as well. I recommend this to all and if you don’t have a bike you can rent one from Bart!

I really enjoyed the experience of riding the Electra bike, comfortable seat, easy to handle and always a wonderful time riding in the city of Biloxi.

This is a top-tier bike, bike supply and bike lifestyle shop. The management and employees are all serious road/gravel/mountain bikers so you won't find a better resource for all your biking needs. Biloxi Bicycle Works also hosts a broad spectrum of rides for all skill levels. I highly recommend them.

Amazing little shop with excellent personnel that are real enthusiasts about cycling.They are very knowledgeable and make you feel at home. The shop have accessories, equipment and many different bikes to chose from. Definitely recommend if you are an enthusiast or just beginniner the sport. The personnel here treat with respect .The prices are spot on and they have many different models and brands to choose from .

My daughter and I went on a BMX ride with Bart and the Bad Boy Club, and it was fantastic. They made us feel welcome and showed us some hidden spots in Biloxi that we didn’t know about. The ride itself was great, and Biloxi Bicycle Works provided excellent customer service, answering all our questions in the shop. 💥💥💥💥💥

My wife and I went to Biloxi Bicycle Works for the first time today. We needed new tires to put on our bike. Bart Luther (Co-Founder) was there and really spent a lot of time with us making the selection.
I got the tires home and put on the bike along with two new inner tubes. They are excellent and rode exactly how Bart described.
I also checked pricing on Amazon and other places and Biloxi Bicycle Works was actually the cheapest option plus we got personal attention and advice!! I always prefer to shop local and would go back even if I had to pay a premium. Shop local!!
We will be going back! Very nice shop and worth a visit!

Finally joined the group of bike lovers on the Friday night ride and had a great time. We stormed the streets with about 50 people of all ages sizes and experiences and we zigzaged all through Biloxi point. I recommend it to all.

I purchased my bike online and had it shipped. There was a minor issue upon arrival and Biloxi were quick to resolve the issue. I am thankful for their responsive customer service.

If your looking for something to do on a Friday night. Come out and rund with Biloxi Bicycle Works. The host and all the regular riders are on big happy family riding through the back bay of Biloxi. If you don't have a bike you can rent one from them. The also rent e-bikes.

The entire team at Biloxi Bicycle Works are awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable with lots of great recommendations. Rental process was smooth and easy. Would definitely rent from them again, and the shop is stocked with great brands too!

Great service despite being very busy. Had a wide selection of cycling shoes. Made sure I was happy with my selection. No high pressure sales. All about customer satisfaction.

Unbelievable customer service, from buying a new bike for yourself or your kid, BBW is hands down the best I've experienced. Not to mention all of the group rides they organize, which are a blast!

Thank you SO much for getting my Roubaix fixed! Dave was very helpful and took care of the flat and fixed the noise that had been nagging me. The other bike shop told me they couldn't help me for 3 weeks.
