I would like to make an edit to my original post! After some trouble shooting and great help, I was able to get my bike fixed and it was not sawed like I originally thought. I would like to apologise for the initial burst of anger and want to say thank you for the help!

*Pretty disappointed in the professionalism of this. My bag holder was SAWED off to fit in the box. I highly doubtful I'll go back here.*

Two major rehabs and a minor tune up. Three bikes two purchased here one acquired via third party sales off classified add. The service on all three was tops. Nice turn around time and pricing. Was able to upgrade my two Treks and made some additional add on to my other bike would like to see a bit more selection on the accessory side if only to offer more price points but they have what ever you may need. Friendly team, very knowledgeable and safety conscious.

I stopped in on a whim a couple weeks back and said I was thinking about getting back into mountain biking. They showed me several bikes, accessories, and riding gear. They were very informative and patient with my indecisiveness. I ended up buying a nice bike from a great store that day. I have been back in several times and every time I am treated like a friend rather than a customer by the whole staff. It's a great place!

My wife and I bought bikes in there and the staff was very helpful. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help. The owner is a very nice person and offered to deliver my bikes personally because I had to order a rack to fit my car. Will definitely go back!

Recently bought a Trek Marlin from here. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They had all of the accessories I wanted and installed them free of charge. Would definitely recommend

I showed up with a last-minute issue two days before a long-distance ride and these guys went above-and-beyond. They fixed the main problem and also worked in a tune-up, which I greatly appreciated. Even though they were slammed, the bike was ready less than 24 hours after I dropped it off and the work was excellent.

I bought a Trek Marlin 7. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been in the store several times and each and every time I have been treated fairly and with courtesy. I plan on this business being my "goto" for ALL things cycling.

The so called "sporting goods" stores in the area need to go by here and take notes! Lotsa notes! Unlike the sporting goods store in D'Iberville (you know who you are) these people were there to actually GREET their customers at the door! Let you look around and when you had questions they were there to answer! Not look at you like you just interrupted their time on Facebook via their iPhones! (Yeah you know who I'm talking about) Can't say enuff good stuff about this store & the people working there. And of course the reason I went there was the bike! It was an awesome Trek hybrid! Reasonably priced for the quality of the bike! And I got to take it out for a test spin before I bought it to make sure I was happy with it..Wha What?! Hey wait you can't do that says that sporting goods store in D'Iberville! Buncha clowns! Anyway for what its worth just skip the other "sporting goods" stores and go straight to these guys for a bike! You'll be glad you listened to me!

Have a great experience with my electric bike charger went out and they found me one from Los Angeles and got me a new battery for free it was still under warranty Greek place went well above to get me my parts

Got my bicycle here and been coming back for all my cycling needs. Friendly staff and always gave me information that I needed. Loving my Trek FX 7.2

If your looking for a trek bike, this is the place. Very friendly my husband is enjoying his bike. I'm not sure about the service area as my bike is still there waiting to be serviced.

I took my bike up there to get my freewheel replaced and they did it and it was done in 5 mins and their work is really great
