We Purchased a 1/2 steer from Timm Family Cattle and love the product! The steaks are lean with excellent taste and marbling! The ground beef is super lean but tasty. Tasting the juicy steak and burger makes me never want to purchase beef from the store! Very impressed! The steer nearly filled our chestnut freezer. This was much more beef than I thought we would get. I would highly recommend Timm Family Cattle if you are looking for reasonable priced beef. A great way to save money and know where your beef is coming from!

We are thrilled with the half beef we bought! The steaks are well-marbled and the ground beef is so flavorful and lean. Ours was processed at Edgewood Locker, however the Timm family works with several local lockers so you also get your preference of processor if that’s important to you. Dates are also set well in advance to allow further flexibility of ordering. I can’t believe how fast we are going through this beef and will be in contact for more! Buying and eating locally from Timm Family is the way to go!

This is the 2nd time we bought beef from Timm family cattle.The rib eye steaks were very tender, had a really good flavor . The hamburger has a very nice flavor With very little fat. It is worth every penny. Great people to do business with.

We got 1/2 beef last summer and all the cuts have been great. Roasts and steaks are very well marbled with just right amount of fat for good taste. I will buy from them again and recommend them for your family as well.

Just picked up some beef right out of Timm’s family freezer! It is so delicious and we know exactly how the animals have been treated and fed. Our granddaughter loves to come to the Timm Family Farm and see all the cattle with their different names. This is a great, healthy product and a fun place to go and get it! Thanks for offering this to those of us who can’t raise our own beef.

We ordered some ground beef, hamburger patties and skirt steak. Joanne and John delivered it to our doorstep that same day. We loved the burgers and made some tasty carne asada tacos with the skirt steak. Very flavorful and delicious beef. We will be ordering more and look forward to grilling season! Highly recommend!

Timm Family Cattle beef is the best! We had Timm ribeye steaks on the grill a couple of days ago and they were Delicious with a capital D. Why go to a restaurant to get a good steak when you can get a better one from the Timm's.

They make the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend. I have never bought a quarter beef before and they explained everything very well. I am now on my third order and would not go anywhere else.
