Majestic Oak Ranch

The perfect venue for the best day ever! We could not have asked for a better experience. Brody and Dayna were so helpful with the entire process! The attention to detail leading up and on the day of made the grounds amazingly beautiful and the wedding itself went off without a hitch! They were there to answer questions and help when needed! We were able to use the house (their personal spaces) to get ready which was just perfect! I would hands down recommend MOR for any upcoming wedding!!

Venue was beautiful! Very spacious and accommodating for the desired feel of your event. Owners were on site and available for questions and assistance when needed. Venues items available for use were well taken care of and a large variety of decor to choose from. Definitely recommend

We are so blessed and had the best day! The venue was amazing and SO kind to us! We received so many compliments on the property! The day was perfect! Dayna and Brody were so accommodating to us and really made sure our day was special! If I had an excuse to come back I would!! Thank you again for everything!!!

I recently catered at Majestic Oak Ranch, which is beautiful and my favorite venue. I work for Old Southern BBQ in Arden, and we set up in the event space. Special occasions are perfect for this space because of the well maintained ranch. Stage coaches are great accents to the property. Highly recommended for your event or special day!

Venue was beautiful and 100% fit our rustic yet elegant style for our wedding. We were able to capture lots of amazing photos with the many different backdrops you can find throughout the venue and landscaping. The grounds are extremely well maintained, and the owners are very helpful and friendly throughout the process. The rental was affordable, and had many decorations available to use if desired. We're happy with how our day turned out!

I can’t say enough good things about Majestic Oaks Ranch and Brody. They were such a pleasure to work with! Brody was very accommodating and willing to help with anything we needed. The property is very beautiful and spacious. This venue has a lot to offer. I am excited to see how this venue grows and takes off in the coming years! It is definitely a gem for our community and surrounding areas!

We helped to host our daughter's wedding reception at this venue. It was beautifully landscaped, clean, perfect size and wonderful base decorations! Brody was excellent to work with as well as everyone we encountered at this venue. Thank you!!!

Beautiful venue for a summer wedding! Outdoor games, s’mores set up, inside the bars had a very country feel but all comfort! Owner was extremely nice! Hope to book for my own special day!

We celebrated a wedding reception at Majestic Oaks Ranch this July 2021 and it is truly a beautiful place all around!

EDIT: my vendors and officiators were not several hours late lol. More like 30 mins, which was annoying, and yes the owners did help, which was nice and appreciated. I have nothing to gain from this review. I received a text message from the owners regarding my review, gaslighting me, and asking me to take my review down. Absolutely not! Had I known they were hawks, I wouldn’t have had my wedding here. Which is a once in a lifetime thing. I did add some things tho, considering they helped us and our coordinator do a couple things…. But I have never been to a wedding where the owners were there the entire time (basically) . My hope is they will stop invading others special day... had they not been invading and rude, it would have been much more pleasant! I am simply not trying to damage their reputation. I respect small businesses! But this was my experience. After Several of my friends/family members mentioning this issue, it lead me to write this review.

I would probably not recommend this venue to anybody. My wife & I had our wedding here. The venue itself is beautiful! Affordable. Lots of space. It sits on 40+ acres. Brody the owner was awesome. Accommodating. Nice and very understanding… he helped us with some things that required his help. They allowed us to use some of their decor, and were nice enough to let us get ready In their house, which sits right on the venue. However, his girlfriend was kind of rude, snappy, and just overall kinda unpleasant. Brody told us we could keep our belongings in the home until after the ceremony, but Dana DEMANDED we get our stuff out right at 3pm. She also admitted to snooping. Weird right? Our experience would have been better had we dealt with Brody entirely.
The day of the wedding, the owners were there and supervising about 75% of the time. Some people may find that useful, I however did not like the feeling of being babysat. My brother in law thought they were guests, Considering they invited themselves to our ceremony, and reception. No big deal, but Every time we looked up they were there. They said they were doing wellness checks to make sure nothing was damaged, but on the other hand we were required to get an insurance policy and video taped the entire event before, during, and after.. so what’s the big issue? I was frustrated. I paid for this space, we deserve some privacy. I said something to Dana (the owners girlfriend) about how I feel like I’m being babysat by them. She made me feel as if I was in the wrong and mentioned they were just picking up trash. Ok thanks. But My question was, why? We paid somebody to do that! I appreciate the help but felt that was just an excuse. More than a couple people thought she wasn’t the nicest. The contract is also very strict and clearly written by somebody that does not like, or have children. They say no kids allowed (unless supervised at all times) which kind of goes without being said. So I guess it depends on your preferences.
They also complained about the noise (at 7pm) to my DJ. What do you expect?! It’s a wedding, of course we are going to play music!!! we are in the middle of the woods for gods sake! It was honestly just annoying dealing with them.
I’m giving them 2 stars only because the land is gorgeous. But seriously, Don’t book here unless you want to be supervised and accommodate for the 2 extra guests. We are pretty disappointed and looked forward to gathering with family on our special day. We made the most of it though.
