Applebee's Grill + Bar

We had an amazing waitress that eloquently dealt with everything we forgot as a family dining out with 2 young children.

This was the first time at this location.

There was not a long wait. The booth was comfortable. I was glad to be close to the bathroom having kiddos that have to have a bathroom visit at least once.

My husband ate his heart out and treated myself and our kiddos to delicious dessert.

I forgot to take pictures as we were all hangry.

We will definitely be back.

I do my fair share of reviews and since COVID has hit and up until now the odds are that if you go out to eat anywhere as a rule of thumb now you can't really go to many restaurants and get good service and or food. I have been to many Applebee's and unfortunately had the very same luck. You leave a review and they holler let me make it up to you and then they really show their true colors, which means they will just talk and then not do anything.
I do have to say that I have finally found an Applebee's that seems to care about their customers. It couldn't have been better. Jenn H. was our server and she did a fabulous job. If you go there ask for her section. You won't be disappointed. The Bourbon Street Steak was delicious. I highly recommend it. I do recommend this restaurant and this server in particular. If you get the same service and care that I did, it will help make your evening great.

My husband and I went there tonight for dinner. My last experience was horrible . Tonight our waiters name was Logan. Exceptional server, apps in 5 mins dinner was fantastic. Restored my opinion in Applebee's. My drink was filled before I even asked. Fantastic service tonight we will definitely be back thank you logan!!

Great food and our server was super friendly. It's good to be back in West Virginia. We'll be back.

Got there when they first opened. Ordered Chicken and Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo with a side Caesar salad. Yum!!!

Jason is the best bartender. The bar can be wrapped and he makes tine to talk to everyone. You never have to wait for a drink Been coming here for 15 years and I feel like family here.

Jason is a GREAT bartender. Your glass never gets empty and your food is ALWAYS the way you want it! A great time is had by all!

The foods fresh and the atmosphere is chill. Service is prompt even when short staffed.

Stopped in for a quick bite before some evening errands. It wasn't too busy, and we were seated immediately. Server was quick with water, and drinks. Food was served promptly, and was very tasty. Definitely recommend the pretzels with beer dip!! The wings with sweet Asian chile were very good, as well.

Had the best service I've ever had there the gentleman can't remember his name was absolutely wonderful he attended to our every whim and kept checking on our table constantly it was very refreshing the food was absolutely delicious thank you.

The customer service was great. The gentleman that waited on us was super friendly. My daughter was getting fussy and he came to the rescue with extra crayons to help calm her down. He had a kiddo of his own and knew what to do. ALSO, the food was great! Thanks, Applebee’s!

Clean facility and wonderful food, server was extremely slow.

Food was good server was great glasses never got below half and she was extremely nice. Atmosphere was on par we had five of us and 2 were children and it was extremely kid friendly. Would recommend

Everything I’ve ordered so far has been really good. Service was great and restaurant was very clean. Love this one.

This location is nice and convenient, the staff was friendly and we didn't wait to be seated. The menu hasn't changed much over time, and I wasn't disappointed when I ordered an old favorite. The beer was cold, the other entrees ordered were enjoyed by the members of our party, and take home boxes deployed. For a box chain type of dining it's fun, inexpensive and delicious.

Food was good. A little slow but I think it was our server because we didn't see her much. Overall, we still enjoyed everything and will definitely be back.
