Patty has outstanding customer service. She was the only employee in the store at that time. She greeted every customer that walked in the store and acknowledged them. Some older customers in the store were making it known how disgruntled they were with the wait time which is not her fault. Customers need a little more patience. Patty was truly awesome. There 2 1/2 hours trading out and older phone and assisted others in between. Patty was awesome. I have no complaints what so ever.

Last month I went in to transfer my old phone to my new phone. The entire staff was great. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Victoria and she was absolutely GREAT. She was kind, patient, personable, and she also greeted other guests as they came into the store letting them know someone will be with them shortly. Victoria had great sales floor awareness and great guest service. Victoria made my visit to the store worth while and i highly recommended this location because of her!

We were so impressed with Bernardo and the personal, un-rushed service we received!!! My wife also required additional service to pair her hearing aides- Bernardo took additional time to help her. He helped her with amazing helpfulness and kindness. Thank-you!

My phone was taken, but Verizon made it so easy to replace! All my information was retrieved, thank goodness. I did not have insurance on it, then ended up paying $20 less per month. Amazing!!
PS: I have insurance on my new phone now…

Bernardo was grea! He explained the IPhone offer and gave me time to think it over, made an appointment for 2 days later, on. Friday a. This store was super busy both time, but the sales people were fast and efficient.

Rene helped me in buying a new phone and transferring all the information from my previous phone that stopped working. Rene is very knowledgeable,professional and very nice and helpful. Rene is a great asset for Verizon.

Jio was so knowledgeable and helpful! She had a lot of patience and explained, showed me how to use my new phone!! She was also very friendly and personable.

Recently my out of town lady friend visited the Verizon store for some technical support. My lady is a T-Mobile customer yet two Verizon lady professional, Patty and Gabby, went out of their way to help us. They were very professional, patient and courteous. Well done ladies 👍🙏🙏.

Verizon customer service is outstanding! That's why I have used Verizon for more than 25 years. I was having trouble getting my Google Maps talking to me. He deleted the app and installed Waze. Works great! Louis was sooo helpful, and did not rush me.

EXCELLENT experience! I am grateful for the entire team at this location. I've had unique needs/situations in the last year to prepare for "on the road" internet and phone coverage.....at an affordable price for my ministry.

Went to trade in my iPhone for the 15 and he made it easy and very enthusiastically sat through me talking his ear off with my asinine story about how I wound up with the iPhone adding an extra line to my plan. If you’re a customer and you want the best experience, ask for Jeremy. If you are works at Victra/Verizon and you actively read the reviews, BE GOOD to Jeremy. He works hard and deserves his earnings. Might as well run the place.
