Mary & her team are AMAZING! I've been here twice. Once for a possible hole in my tire that ended up actually being just fine! They sent me on my way after checking every tire for me. This most recent visit I got 4 new tires & they installed my windshield wipers that I bought. Their assistant manager reviewed price options with me before settling on which tires I wanted. They are so, so nice, extremely patient, & really easy to make conversation with to pass time. I stayed a total of 1.5-2 hours & that was expected because I know wait times vary with walk-ins, staffing, etc. I'm so happy with my experience & will be coming back for any future needs. -A new loyal customer 🫡🙌🙏👏👏👏

I will definitely return here again next time I have issues. I really appreciated their help at the end of a busy day. I give big props to the staff here as I witnessed them deal with a disgruntled customer. The team is extremely accommodating and professional.

Amazing Service!!! They are so nice and care for your car plus your safety. I was having the worst car troubles especially with my tires. They were able to fit me in right away. Thry did everything in ther power to make sure everything was correct and in its place. Super honest and someone you can trust. The manager and her staff made my experience exceptional. If I could give it a higher rating I would!

I've been taking all my vehicles here since I can remember. Always a positive experience Ken and the entire staff is always professional. The techs are extremely knowledgeable from the basic oil change to more complicated repairs such as front-end work. I feel comfortable with dealing with the staff, and I have recommended the team to my family and co-workers, and everyone has nothing but positive things to say. If you value your car and want someone who can do good work and you can trust...I suggest you come here., You won't be disappointed.

Only had 1 tire replaced but they were awesome and friendly and made sure all tires were at right pressure Pretty quick, about 20 min.

OMG...I cannot overstate how incredible Mary and Angel were at the Mavis. I showed up an hour before closing with a flat tire while I was out of town. They took me promptly with a friendly face and big welcome and had me out promptly. Above and beyond service from Mary. Thank you so much!

Best experience I have had in years address my issues with brakes and alignment in very timely manner unlike other mavis locations this place cares with sincerely. John and joey was very informative of what is going on with my vehicle and actually called me back to make sure no other concerns or issues came up with my 2022 Mitsubishi outlander need more shops like this one I will be going back and referrals to other people.

I had my car serviced at a different location and was not satisfied with work proformand. Called Mavis on rt 73 Maple Shade new jersey while on way to that area spoke to Mary. She told me to come directly to her store and redid the job to my satisfaction. Great customer service which is rare these days and made me a customer that will be back and recommend to all. Easy to book online! Made my appointment and Mary at the desk was great! I was in and out with not one, but two tire repairs.

They are always willing to work with me and always check in with you about everything that might need done, explaining it in a way that makes sense! I appreciate Mary’s kindness so much!

Very accommodating when I had to get my tire fixed. Very flexible with scheduling as a same day appointment. Great customer service from the phone call to in person service. Highly recommended coming here to your car worked on. Mary was wonderful and really made me feel welcomed and comfortable with coming to Mavis for repairs on my car.

Walked in and asked how long it would take to fix my tire stem Jon at the front desk went above and beyond to fix it and it was just the inner stem he replaced and air was able to go back in. At no cost. I would recommend going to this mavis
