Rinker Oil and Propane

Where to start? I have been a customer of Rinker Oil since I bought a home and moved to the area in 1999. About 3 or 4 years after I moved in the boiler in my house needed to be replaced. They did a great job installing the new one. Then shortly after that my underground tank developed a leak and water contaminated the fuel. They responded and set up a temporary above ground tank to get me through the rest of the winter. Once summer got here they helped me with a new tank which I put under the new porch which was designed for it to fit under. A few years later it was the hot water tank. Once again they were right there. Over the years I have had their service plan and they always service my boiler and equipment. The couple times I did have trouble they were promptly out to my house and took care of whatever was the issue, never a problem with whatever was wrong be covered under the service plan.
Then two years ago I decided to build a garage. I again turned to Bill for the heating system. He sent Taylor out to my place to see what I would be needing when I only had the ground work ready. We discussed my project and within a couple weeks I had the quote and the plan for the in concrete radiance heat. When the time came later in the year for the concrete floor they worked with my concrete contractor and myself to get everything right as far as the tubing and required insulation. They were also a great help planning for where the propane tank would be set. Then after the building was insulated they came and installed the boiler. After heating the building this winter, I can honestly say I don't think I could be any happier with how the system turned out.
So if you're looking for great service at a fair price, these are the people you want to do business with.

I switched to Rinker oil a few years ago to get better service and I'm glad I did. They provide my fuel oil and propane and service my heating systems. Update June 2022: Rinker Just completed installing a new high efficiency propane boiler to replace my 27 year old oil system. Tom (the installer/technician) did a great job and answered my many questions. He's obviously well trained and a pro at plumbing and the electronics to make it run. The team had to install a new gas line from our propane tank over 200' away and did a good job digging a trench and filling it in. I researched a number of other suppliers but Rinker was the right choice for both price and quality. Highly recommended.

Just added their Silver propane service plan at half cost! They called to make an appointment to service my furnace at a time and day of my choice and came promptly at appointed time. Tom, the service man, was friendly and knowledgeable, found an important problem and fixed it without delay. He answered all our questions and was in his way. Customer service is very pleasant. It was easy to set up my account and arrange delivery even though I currently live out of town. I had to make a few follow up calls and the phone is always answered quickly and my questions are answered.

My husband ,myself and my son decided to put in propane heat. We had called Griffith but after talking with technician could never get back in touch with anyone. Decided to call Rinker's, within a week we had tanks set and filled, very pleased with how fast they got things done. My son had to have an emergency fill, within half an hour owner called to let me know a delivery would be coming with in a few hours. That is great customer service.

I use Rinker Oil every fall for servicing my older oil furnace and getting oil. Just had both done. My serviceman, Tom, was fantastic. Very happy with our new generator from Rinker Oil. They took care of installation and set up and now we can sleep at night without worrying about our power going out all the time!

I am the contact person for Ischua Union Church and Ischua Fire Department. We get our propane and fuel oil plus A/C and furnace maintenance from Rinker Oil.
