Berwick postal is the worst post office in our area. If you have a package they will no longer deliver it if you live on a dirt road. Our short dirt road is smoother than the tar roads in Berwick. This is poor customer service. UPS, FedEx and other delivery services have no problem delivering packages. I recommend using other delivery methods and stay away from Berwick USPS!!!!!!

My mail was sent on 7/04/24 and today is 7/10/24 and it has not arrived. How worst can it get. Calling is a waste of time nobody answers and they keep on sending me all over. I have not seen worst service

If you met these ladies, you would understand why they need an hour and a half lunch. This is the most inconvenient place in the united states. I have been across the country and this place should not even exist.
