Great bookstore. Wonderful service.

My family is in Vicksburg for vacation and dropped in to look around. We have a two month old and a loud two year old. Tori was so sweet to my daughter and even gave her a dinosaur book, a coloring book, and some crayons for free. They have a great selection of books and a cool vibe. Definitely recommend if you're traveling through!

I like the interior of the older stores, and Lorelei Books feels like the bookstores I've read about in old England or New York. I found one of the most readable, annotated translation of Dante (in my opinion) and another sailing book that I couldn't get at the library. The staff is very friendly, and allow you to browse freely. Every time I go to the store I ask myself why I don't go there more often. Neat place.

Really cute local bookshop! Super accommodating, as I was able to request a book and get it in a week. More expensive than ordering off Amazon, but wouldn't you rather support your local community? Also, it's in the perfect location next to Highway 61 Coffee.

Love this store and the fantastic staff member who was so helpful! And they even ship for free! Highly recommend this gem that gives back to the community--and it was a pleasure to spend money there. Lots of free and $5 books, and the only wifi in town on Mondays!

Fun and quaint bookstore in downtown Vicksburg. They have a decent collection of books in various genres like fiction, history, cooking, southern culture and heritage, sports, politics and also books for kids. I like their collection of used books. These are books that have been donated to them and all profits from the sales are given away to charity. You never knew when you can find a rare gem in that nook. On top if everything, if you have the best coffeeshop in town next order, what more do you need to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon!

This is a great book shop that is local and supports a local store owner. Nice selection of books and a few games too. There are also some board games out that you can play if you want just ask. Store owner is really kind and helpful and is always willing to order books for you. Convenient location in downtown vicksburg near the Lower Mississippi River Museum. If you want coffee just head next door to the coffee shop. Reccomend to come by when visiting Vicksburg.

Went in looking for some books, but they did not have them in stock. Peter (I believe that was his name), was very helpful in helping me order some that arrived about a week or two later. Super friendly staff and a cute shop with lots of books to choose from.

Cozy book store with the friendliest staff and atmosphere. The owner goes out of the way to find just the right book for each person. If he doesn't have it he will find it and order it in. Best bookstore!

I didn't expect much of a selection from a store so small, but they really did have a great collection of titles. Lots of little extras were available for purchases too! A+ guys keep it going!

Wonderful little gem. Kelly is very knowledgeable about her town and her books. It was a pleasure spending time and money in her shop today.

The staff was so nice and helpful. They also let me know that if they didn't have a book they can always order it for me.

Sweet little bookstore. I enjoyed the Mississippi ghost stories section and local civil war history
