Enjoyed take out several times. The indoor seating is bright and cute; planning to eat in next time! Love the Chick Melt Croissant with either Classic Carol or Dixie Chick. Also, like the Chicken Salad BLT. All the sides and soups are tasty, so you can't go wrong with any choice

We love this place! It was clean, friendly, had quick service, and the food and prices were great. We both had the Carol’s Classic Chicken Salad Croissant. It tasted great and was some of the best chicken salad that we have had. The croissants were fresh, soft and tasted great. The poppyseed salad was fresh and had lots of ingredients as well. The fruit was fresh and tasted sweet. The portions were a good filling size. Each sandwich was accompanied by a small sugar cookie with icing that was really good. We both had a great meal in a great place for $20.00 - that never happens. They even allow you to taste the item before purchasing it to make sure that you like it (I only know ice cream parlors that do that). We will be going to Chicken Salad Chic in every town we see one from now on. They had a drive thru (WOW) and offer take out. They even have parking especially for to go/ pick up orders. This is a great place to go for great food at a small cost.

First time here. Excellent customer service. The young lady that took our order was patient explaining the menu. You can have a salad 🥗 with a scoop of chicken salad or alone or on a sandwich 🥪. We ordered it with salad and at first it looked a bit small for me. But it was the perfect amount. I felt so satisfied and filled and it comes with a cookie 🍪 which was amazing 🤩

What a cute place! Finally, something on the healthier side of fast food, and oh so delicious. I love that "The Chick" combo comes with a cute little cookie. I highly recommend this place. Olivia's Old has perfect flavor for my taste.

Brings the enjoyment of fast food, fast service, and eating back together! Exceptionally well at attention to detail and going above and beyond to make sure y you are taken care of. The menu has great selections, and I've had nothing bad yet.

I had the Fancy Nancy sandwich. It's like a Waldorf chicken salad. Yummy. The tortilla soup was just enough heat and also yummy. Meal came with a small wrapped cookie. Portions were ample. The inside seating area was very clean and cute decor. They have outside seating as well. My son had a sandwich and Mac and cheese. We both had soda fountain drinks. Together w/tip @$29.00. A great place to eat before or after shopping at mall in Johnson City as it's right there in their parking lot.

It is so nice to be able to go somewhere and get a delicious, fresh green salad (w/amazing chicken salad on it) in a drive-thru for under $10. I’m sorry I waited so long to try this place. Wow and thank you!!

I did not have a recent photo, but this was from take out a few months ago. The Fancy Nancy is my personal favorite. The loaded potato soup is a good side, as well as the broccoli salad. The pumpkin cheesecake is seasonal, but also very good. It costs almost $11 for one chicken salad scoop, a side, and a large drink. A pickle, crackers, and a small cookie are included with purchase. It would be more cost effective to get the 2 or 3 scoop meal because it's just a few dollars more. I think the cheesecake was around $2.

The best chicken salad EVER!!!! The menu is amazing! Everything is so fresh. Chicken salad is done every way possible, and choose how you like it. I'll be a repeat customer! Highly recommend this place.

This restaurant has great service and great food! Every time I've been here, the staff has been super friendly. The chicken salad variety makes it easy for everyone to find what they like. I haven't tasted a bad one yet. You can try the flavors before you order so you can find which one you like best. They even have a rewards program for free chicken salad after reaching enough points. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We really enjoy this place! Shame they don’t have great reviews but it seems like they had a rough start with staffing and being so busy...we haven’t had issues! We love the combo—comes with a scoop or sandwich (we always pick the sandwich...don’t know why someone would eat straight chicken salad!?), pickle, fresh side, mini sugar cookie. Everything was YUM. My recommendations would be the seasonal Dill-icious Diva and Kickin Kay Lynne. The “classic” chicken salad options are not as good of flavor or add-ins. Also, their employees are super nice and friendly! I like to feel refreshed and happy after a meal, not heavy and bloated. So yeah we will be back!

Just tried the lemon basil chicken saled for the first time. Plan on seeing me multiple times next week for lunch. Just when I thought fancy Nancy couldn’t be beat….

Gigi is at the Johnson City store, the sweet and kind lady who gave me a cup at the Bristol store, so I could taste the tea. Stop by and see her. This company is lucky to have her.

So many different types of Chicken Salads. Everything is very good and good for you. The people are very nice too. I am a Veteran and they take even better care of us. On your first visit go slow and look at all the different options. They have a lot.

Very friendly service as well as great chicken salad and turkey club sandwiches. The best part to me was the buttercream cookie that comes with the meal! It was fall apart in your mouth amazing, with just the right amount of sweetness without being overdone. Will be back here again!

Loved everything about the food and experience. It was my first time eatimg there. Enjoyed it immensely ..I will return. And the dessert cookie was amazing !!!👌💙

We arrived 20 min before they closed, but didn't realize it. We entered and noticed they were cleaning and straightening up for the end of the day. We asked when they would close and we were told in 20 min. We mentioned that we would just choose somewhere else so we didn't hold them up from closing or getting home at a reasonable time.

This is when the workers, Dezi and Shawna and the others, exceeded our expectations. We were instantly told to come in and order and they would be happy to serve us. We were extremely pleased to have this customer service, especially nowadays.

Definitely 5 stars all around. Would love to see more restaurants and other businesses have this level of customer service.
