Take 5 Oil Change

My first time there, the experience was wonderful. Yes, a little bit higher on price than normal butt, Well worth the price. They did a wonderful job. Courteous, kind, and talk to you the before they did oil change. They even tell you the best way to take care of your vehicle and what to tell them the next time that you go to your shop. We'll definitely go back! Great job, ladies and gentlemen there!

Go regularly with ALL of our vehicles. Great place. Very efficient very fast. I like the staff and have come to trust them. You stay in the car and i have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Thank you!

I went there to get my oil changed. It was the first time that I had been there. Honestly, I went there because I did not like Jiffy Lube due to the fact that they put the wrong type of oil in my truck. The guys at Take 5 were very helpful I knew exactly what type of oil do you use and even recommended other products that would be beneficial for me. I had a wonderful experience there and would highly recommend Them to anybody. Will definitely be going back again and again and again.

I will never take my car to get its oil changed anywhere else from now on! Take 5 is my new go to. The guys there were super helpful and I appreciated them educating me on things I wasn’t aware of. I feel they take their work very seriously, and have great integrity while doing it. Thank you guys for making sure I was taken care of! They even aired my tire up, gave me fuel system cleaner, and took pictures of my oil leak for me so i could show a mechanic & have it fixed properly. Thank you again ! :)

Extremely friendly staff , really knowledgeable!! I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. They ask questions if I said no I didn’t feel pressured to do so otherwise granted I have a small amount of mechanized skill myself. It was just an overall awesome experience and being a veteran help me get 25% off my total cost, which saved me a few dollars, I will definitely be going back to this shop when it is time for another oil change thank you guys. I appreciate your hard work and excellent customer service!!!

This was my first time coming to take 5 oil change after looking at all their amazing reviews. I live in Tonganoxie and work in the Kansas City area but I won't take my vehicle anywhere else now! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My car was low on oil and I didn't even realize that my coolant had run out so I had to have it flushed and then refilled and I believe it was the manager that gave me some extra coupons to save me money which was very thoughtful ❤. Being a woman and going in by myself to any place that has to do with my car is always stressful and I'm always concerned I'm going to get taken advantage of, Not this place! So all you single ladies that need to get an oil change, Don't sleep on this Place! Thank you to everyone there yesterday! In a world where customer service is usually really crappy, it was refreshing to encounter such a good group of people! God Bless! Telling everyone I know to come to your location!

Friendly and professional service... fast and convenient... competent employees... I would recommend take 5 over any other oil change service... I wish they offered mechanical repairs as well... two thumbs up, 5 stars, A-one...

I’ve stopped by a few times and every time they are honest about the time it will take to get me into stall, and then talk me through my options and what they are doing. This last time, Taylor, Tyler, and Ky(?) worked on my car to change the oil and get new engine coolant, and they were great! If you want an easy option- this is the place. They’re just nice and easy to work with and do a fabulous job.

Nice people and knowledgeable. The space to get in is snug, but my full sized truck fit fine and the ground guiding helped. Depending on what you are getting done, and what other customers are getting done, don't count on 5 minutes, but they are much faster than most of the competition.

When I drove up to take 5 oil? Young man came up to my car to see if I wanted to stay or not because it was going to be a long way. They are very busy but top. A passionate with your job answered my questions. And had no problem. So I recommend this place to anybody who's getting an oil change and I know most of you drive a car that's got more than 75,000 miles on it. It doesn't really cost that much. My whole total bill was a little over $200.00 I recommend you to go get it, get your car service..

They did a good job, look at my anti freeze and recommended I do a fluid flush when I took them up on and it only took about another 15 min, oil change plus the flush took about 40 min. They were nice and personable too.

LV, KS Shop-Sales/Service Tech & Pit Crew were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient/thorough in inspecting and servicing my vehicle. They pointed out issues but didn't try to "force" up-sales, my "no" was accepted as "no". Tech noticed that the last place to change my oil used an impact tool and messed up the oil plug, recommended a good mechanic to remove/replace. Had some good offers going on so got an oil change and my coolant flushed and refilled. Overall good experience and would return again and recommend to others.

I was skeptical about using them thinking it would be a less than expected experience. I was WRONG. I was very impressed by the whole staff. They were friendly but showed superior professional behavior. They kept me informed about what they were doing and even showed me the oil dip stick showing it was up to the full line. Went from skeptical to a definite customer.
Rare for the time's were in to see this type of kindness and professionalism. 5 Star review!

Absolutely great service! I had no issues at all, would definitely recommend and come back as needed. A tad on the pricey point compared to other oil change shops. But it’s faster and the service was a whole lot better experience.

Millitary discount 25% . Oil and filter disposal included. No ruined clothes or driveways. Huge value. Outstanding service. Top shelf Management and staff. While you wait in your vehicle. I have confidence in their skill. Extremely competent and responsible. Thank you!

Can’t rate the place high enough! My truck got serviced today (3/15/24) by Mason (Shop manager), Taylor (Assistant Shop Manager), and Jacob (Lead Tech) and they gave me the best service I’ve ever had getting my oil changed anywhere in Kansas!

They not only were upfront and honest about everything that was happening, but they were polite, professional, technically proficient, and very quick.

If you’re going to get your oil changed, I can’t recommend the Take 5 in Leavenworth enough. Awesome team, awesome process, and you’re in great hands regardless of what you’re getting done.

This was my second trip to this take 5 location and they were just as good as last time! The workers are friendly and give you so much information before you make your choices! I’m very pleased with the care given.

Just came back from this Take 5 location - great experience! I was greeted politely by David, and then received my service from Mason who was mentoring a junior mechanic (no nametag); everyone was polite and personable, definitely recommend this location.

They were all VERY NICE! There was no line....so I had no wait time. They noticed I needed a coolant flush....they gave me a deal on that too! It was super nice not having to get out of the car with my at the time sick toddler. Speaking of my toddler....one gentleman offered me fruit snacks and a capri sun for him!!! Oh yea...they also bring you out a cold bottle of water!! Definitely gonna go back there! P.S. I was able to learn some new buttons in my car thanks to them lol. And one gentleman was able to rub off a dark scratch on my car. 😁😁😁

The lead tech was friendly and informed. The crew did a great job overall. Got oil change air filter and antifreeze vacuum out refilled.
