The George Urban location is the best! I was a walk in but they got the job done. Friendly and helpful staff, a spacious and comfortable waiting room. I will be returning there for the next oil changes forever!
I recently returned to this location. This time it was for a NYS inspection, and it was a positive experience again. I recommend that anyone needing a service that Monroe Muffler provides check this location out.

These guys are always fair and nice. Never had a bad experience in the many times I have been at the George Urban Blvd location.

Always service with a smile. They don't push unnecessary repairs on you. I mainly go here for oil changes that have free tire rotation and yearly inspection. No long waiting around. Can make appointments online and they pretty much take you right in. Seem knowledgeable

i needed exhaust work and i stopped into 3 other shops in the area before coming in to this location... mavis , firestone, and dunn all turned me away but the guys here took care of it promptly and professionally . i was a very happy customer and now my truck sounds amazing !

This is the best Monroe in the area. They are always willing to work with you, very honest, give you the best deals, willing to work with you, willing to work extra hard on a busy day in order to help a regular. I'd give them more stars if I could. The manager puts a personal touch on every vehicle and really cares about the service and quality of care his customers receive. I needed help in an emergency and as a first-time customer he cleared a spot on his schedule for me and really helped in a very trying time. As a result I try to spend every penny I can there when my vehicle needs servicing if I have a choice.

I’ve been going to this particular Monro for years. I trust them with all my cars and they always take great care of me. I appreciate these guys and I know I am in good hands every time I come here! I’ve gone through many managers at this location and Tom is by far the best manager I have encountered at Monro!

Scheduling the appointment was easy, the service was quick, and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

The team of mechanics there are great!! They got me in for an inspection and oil change the same day I called, where everyone else had a week wait. I will definitely be bringing my car there whenever I need service.

I took my wife's vehicle in for service and I couldn't be more pleased! The store manager Tom was fantastic very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, treated my wife's vehicle like it was his own family members. His team/staff was amazing with working on my vehicle and a timely manner given I was pressed for time. I will absolutely be bringing my own vehicle to Tom and his staff from now on!

My first time at Monro. They took me earlier than my appt time..they were very efficient and fast. Gave me a great price on what work I needed to be done. Very pleasant and will definitely will be coming back. Awesome experience.

Steve took us immediately as a walk-in and make sure everything ended up perfectly. Give me exactly what needed to be done and suggested economic solutions to the problem. He fixed it and finished 15 minutes before he said he would so everything was great on that end too. My wife and I highly recommend him for being a trusted competent person to fix your car. Give him a person we appreciate him for who he is also.

Couldn't ask for a better group of mechanics here. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Inspection was almost overdue and they accommodated us that day. Had nail in tire, Monro took us immediately and we were in and out and could enjoy the remainder of the day. Kudos to the team at Monro.

I can't say enough good things about the guys who work here. They are efficient, caring, and careful with their work. They charge a fair price for their work, are very helpful, keep you informed throughout the work as to what is going on, and work to make getting your car fixed as pleasant of an experience as possible. (I'm saying this after my car was in and out of the shop for different issues 4 times in 3 weeks, so I've had a lot of interaction with them.)
I cannot stress enough that they charge fairly for their work, even for oil changes unlike many places in the surrounding area.
