The location I visited has a wonderful employee, Emily, who always helps everyone in her store with consideration for customers who know what they want without aid, as well as immediately engaging with customers who require or want more aid in learning about and picking a product. Clearly this young woman has done her research, and it shows. She does a phenomenal job, and her balanced approach to business is one to be admired.

We bought a 24ft Vogue above ground pool from the Gary's in Clarence back in 2001. After 19 years, the pool is as sturdy as ever & with the original liner. I just had to write in saying that this was one of the best buys we have ever made. We've enjoyed many summers in this pool & created alot of very happy memories. Thank you Gary's!

Love this place. Mark, Sara and the rest of the staff are always egar to help me it’s definitely worth the drive to Clarence from Batavia. And the free layaway is a huge help.

I stopped in to ask some questions and received some very good information and brochures etc... Workers seem extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Was totally a non-pressure experience.

Great place to get all your pool needs and don't forget about the pool table, Foosball and the rest of the fun stuff they have.

Rob is always very helpful when asked about pool cleaning tips and knows what products to recommend! Only pool store I ever go to!
