Pizza Hut

The DoorDash driver that delivered our food had destroyed the pizza in the box. I went up to the actual store and the Manager Chad was very Apologetic and remade my pizza and then gave me a good credit on my account. I won’t be ordering delivery if DoorDash is the ones that are going to be delivering my pizza. I will start going and picking it up instead.

I live in Ponder, so this Pizza Hut is the closest drive. Somewhat sad they don't deliver though as it's only a 6 minutes away. Never dissatisfied with service or food.

Last Friday night, I ordered a pizza and a Dr. Pepper on the app. The app charged my card, however there was no order coming up. I went ahead and drove here to see what was going on. There was only one person working on this Friday night, to my knowledge, which must be a little overwhelming. After explaining what had happened, he kindly gave me what I had ordered. I just want you to know that I appreciate your professional manner in which you handled the situation.

I order at least once a week. My night off lol very few problems and food is always hot and tasty. My Daughter works for Dominoes but I prefer and order Pizza Hut .

I have used this location about 6-7 times, all carryout except for one delivery. Delivery was very quick no problems at all. All the employees have been very nice and accommodating. I am surprised to see all of the negative reviews for messed up orders & unanswered phones because the times I called with a question they always answered promptly. One time I ended up with wrong pizza but was an easy mistake due to another person with same first name. I do have one gripe but nothing major & easily happens. I ordered a large meatlovers which coat $16 then after it was delivered I seen online where there was a current sale for large pizza any way you want it for$11. When I had called that order in I really wish the employee had informed me of the cheaper option to use & I could have also gotten veggies added. All for $11 versus the $16 I paid. But overall I do love this location and the people have been great. Other reviewers had complaints regarding employees goofing around. In case corporate were to read reviews I would like to point out that "goofing around" or cutting up during work does not bother me whatsoever when visiting a business. I would rather see the team having good times and joking with one another rather than no smiles, all serious, and "stiff shirts". Not over done....but a little joking does a body good :-) (I will also note that I have not seen any employees smoking out front as suggested by previous reviewer lol).

Pizza was really good and service was great. I picked it up. Guys working were really nice and they used a coupon which I didn't even ask or know about. Made my large supreme a lot less than I was told it was going to be.

The service is much more friendly than the last time I patronized this store a year ago. The pizza has also improved in flavor and temperature. I used curbside delivery, and the young man was very courteous and friendly.

I just love Pizza Hut's bone-in wings! They're huge and meaty and the buffalo sauce is perfect. These are just better than any wings I've had anywhere.

Food was ready when expected. Staff was busy, yet still kept me informed on my order status. Nice folks!

I called the pizza hut in Sanger for a to go order They said they were actually OUT of dough. I said I would call Krum Best thing I could have done. They totally took care of me the young men were totally courteous and could tell they actually liked their job well done.

First of all, let's be honest. This is a small town, 4500 or so people. Second, most of the people that live here don't work here, but guess what, they have kids, which leads us to the fact that 90% of their employees are between the ages of 16 and 19. So with that being said, I have never faced any of the other problems that the other reviewers have had. 5 stars to the only pizza joint in town!

I live in Florida and have sent my granddaughters pizza and dessert from this Pizza Hut many times. Every delivery is on time, hot and accurate. I will continue to send the best to my grandbesties :)

Ordered using the app, food was delivered correctly and on time! My delivery driver adhered to the guidelines and put the food on the doorstep and waited until I received it before leaving. 10/10 on my delivery driver!

Pizza Hut is 90% perfect. I could give it 100 if it had salad. Always good and warm and delicious. And fast delivery.

This place is on point for delivery service. Large orders for our business are hot and tasty every time.

Every time I order pizza from the Krum location my pizza is hot and good! The employees are always nice!

These guys have been consistently awesome on getting my pizza right and making it awesome......I trained them well!! Lol but serious!! Thanks y'all for doing a great job!!

Pizzas were actually made correctly, they didn't skimp on the toppings. In fact I'm reheating some right now.
