Richardson's Floral Center

After looking at other flowers shops in the surrounding area, I found myself circling back to Richardsons. They have a great selection, great quality and great prices with a very courteous and helpful staff. All around great place to purchase. Very pleased.

Great little local garden center
It was late in the season and I needed rose bushes for a home landscaping project. I went to the Home Depot garden center first and found limited selection with little customer service. I wasn't expecting much when I stopped into this small local garden center that was located right in my neighborhood. 15 minutes later I left with 3 big healthy rose bushes at a fair price. The advice on how and where to plant them was priceless. The staff even helped me pick the best bushes and load them in my car.

I decided to stop off at Richardson's Hockessin yesterday to see if I could get a little inspiration for Halloween.
Great decision! The time there made for one of the best mornings I have had in a long time. The folks working there were wonderful...incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive (thank you so much, Natalie!). And the plants…..so many beautiful options to choose from! And reasonably priced.
You could spend a fortune at a place like Terrain, or you could go to Richardsons and get lovely, quality plants that will bring beauty to your home inside and out without breaking the bank. I am so happy I stopped off yesterday. This is my new go-to!

I met Natalie the manager who was super helpful in getting me what I needed for my home. I'm not sure who's in charge over there, but you guys are doing an amazing job of making this place the go to spot for anything landscaping and garden related. Huge selection of quality plants and the prices have more recently become competitive to make it a great value! The place looks better than I've seen it in years! If you haven't stopped by in the last two years you need to. Great job Natalie. You've gained not only my business, but as a facilities manager for a local school, the schools business as well.

Excellent service given to us today by Natalie- She took so much time explaining options for our shady flower bed in front of our home. Knowledge, pleasant and eager to please. Wide selection for this late in the season and healthy looking plants!! My go-to garden center for florals and vegetables!

Great selection and service! My husband and I love shopping at Richardson's each year. Scott stopped in to pick up a house warming gift for friends and Natalie was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect potted plant! .Our friends were thrilled. We are truly grateful to have a wonderful garden shop in our neighborhood!

Natalie and her staff, at Richardson's Floral Center in Hockessin, were very helpful in selecting herbs for our raised garden bed at Cokesbury Village. The residents will enjoy planting them and then will use the smells of each plant to bring back memories of younger years. This will be a great addition to our sensory program. Ended up at Richason floral, trying to find the lawn Moore shop. Walked over and met the most beautiful ladies, that would be Miss Valerie and Miss Natalie. They lifted my sister Colleen that lost her husband and I myself who is a cancer survivor. They were the best and most helpful people we’ve ever worked with. Please keep them working! They are the ones that make your business. We’re grateful to have met Natalie and Valerie.

After stopping in for a quick look, I was pleasantly surprised to find a large assortment of mums and other cold weather plants at a wonderful price. Take a minute to stop by ~ you will glad you did.

I needed to pick up a grave blanket for my 4yr old granddaughter to put on her father's grave I asked if they had anything that would make it more from a child they went out of your way to accommodate me to make my granddaughter happy I have been there before and the service is always excellent very friendly very helpful I can't say enough about how happy my granddaughter will be when she sees this blanket and they didn't charge me extra for the additions they put on they are very reasonably priced I highly recommend them you definitely get your moneys worth along with a smile and good service
