CVS Pharmacy

Pharmacists always incredibly friendly - and helpful! They will always look for the most cost-effective solution, no matter how long it takes. Very grateful to them for the work they do!

Feel so fortunate to have such exceptional Pharmacy Staff at our local CVS, Canal Street, Millbury. Patricia, Patty & Tedi are so efficient and knowledgeable while offering outstanding service!

After moving to this state I stayed with CVS and started off with the one closest to my house which I immediately stopped going to because of several problems. It took me three more CVS's before I found this one and I am so happy that I did! I usually use the drive-thru and the sales associates at the drive-thru are almost always so on top of their game and friendly nevermind courteous! I drive 10 miles out of my way to go to this CVS! I highly suggest others do the same!

I used my extra bucks and they brought my bill under5.00 from 18.00, they work good if you can accumulate them.

I always use CVS especially their drive-thru. They are prompt, courteous and very helpful.

The only CVS Pharmacy I go to is in Millbury and they are very helpful. If you have a question they.always help you.

CVS has just implemented a new phone menu system that only allows you to go to voicemail and you can not get to a CVS counter person. You have to get acallback only!
I recently needed to inquire and fill a perscription that was sent in by my doctor. Couldn't reach a person directly. Had to drive to the CVS to find out it was placed on hold. I also noticed they was no one in line. 8 people working behind the counter. No one answering a phone call. TERRIBLE NEW call handling system. Very frustrating prompts. I will be moving my prescriptions to a pharmacy that can take my phone call. Another BAD corporate idea.
