JB's on the Water

Good food and great outdoor seating. A sunny day and lunch here on the patio is amazing! We had great time at Beavertail and came here for our lunch. Food was good (though it was a bit expensive). This is probably the closest place to have seafood after visiting Beavertail State Park.

Loves this place, it’s a great spot with a rustic style mainly seafood menu. Casey our waitress was fantastic. Meatballs and corn dip were great. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely delicious food, warm and inviting atmosphere, beautiful view of the bridge, and super friendly and attentive servers! We came in the winter but I imagine it's even more lovely in warmer weather sitting outside with the views of the water. Cannot emphasize enough how tasty the food was!

This place is amazing. I came here with my family and had a great experience. Our server Kaiden was great. He was very friendly and attentive. For appetizers we got calamari, meatballs (with garlic bread) and two garden salads. My two sisters and I shared the fish reuben, scallops and salmon dishes for our main meals. Every single item was fantastic. The rest of my family loved their meals as well. 3 of us also got the potters cove cocktail, which we all thought was great. My sister did mention that it was like a maze getting to the bathrooms lol (and it included some stairs). They have a good amount of parking and a beautiful view of the water. They also take reservations. I highly recommend this place for a delicious meal.

My wife and I have been staying at the Club Wyndham Bay Voyage Inn since this past Wednesday. We are very happy that JB’s on the Water is part of the resort. We dined here three times during our stay and enjoyed the outstanding service from Lily and Alexandra. Lily served us on our first two visits and she ensured to stop by to say “hello” tonight as she was serving elsewhere. Alexandra was also very delightful! Both of them ensured that my wife, who is celiac, was safe from any gluten cross-contamination. And the food has been awesome! If you’re in the Jamestown, Rhode Island, please make the effort to dine here. You don’t have to be. Wyndham owner to do so.

AMAZING food and view! We enjoyed our warm lobster and butter roll-quite honestly the best and was so stuffed with lobster. You may substitute the fries for a salad which my husband did. The Hummus plate was perfect and loved that it had veggies with it as well. All was super fresh and delicious. We will be returning to try it again!!

Wonderful restaurant with great views and delicious food. I have never tried such a combination of dressings in a dish that helps to reveal the incredible taste of the dish. Bravo to the chef of this restaurant! The service was not bad, the wait is somewhat long, waitress not really smiling, but thanks to the delicious food and their wonderful chef, the service fades into the background.

JB’s on the Water was my bridal shower venue this past weekend. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience throughout the planning process thanks to Brinley. All staff members were extremely attentive. The food was amazing and my guests absolutely loved the views from the Crescent Room. I can’t recommend this establishment enough to host a bridal shower, baby shower or company event!

We had a very nice dinner on the "rail" outside. Great views of Jamestown West Ferry harbor, Newport and the bridge. Food was very good at reasonable prices. Service was also very good. My new favorite in Jamestown. Back again, I sat on the patio which has great views of the bay, bridge and harbor. The also installed new gas fire pits which are great to gather around.

If your visiting Jamestown RI be sure to visit JB’s on the water over looking the Narragansett Bay. The lobster roll was just the way I liked it. The service and atmosphere was perfect. We sat out on the deck. I highly recommend JB’s.

We were thrilled when JBs accepted our reservation for 16 people during the very busy Memorial Day weekend. We had a nice private area where we couldn’t disturb anyone. The food was great. Our waiter, a lovely young man, was so professional and helpful. He even came outside and took a picture of our whole group (which came out great!) The manager came around to check that everything was going well. Overall a terrific experience nd I would highly recommend!

A delicious brunch! Try the Lobster Benedict or the Breakfast Burrito! Love the view of Newport Bridge!

I don't give 5 stars easily, best muscles I have ever had! This overlooks the bay and the Newport bridge, beautiful views, great food and great service...I was impressed

Very accommodating for our large group. Great server, Reese, wide menu including a kids’ menu, delicious food (I had blackened cod), overall great place.

Specialty drinks were exotic and refreshing. Main entrees were delicious. Service and pricing was straight on. View spectacular. Nothing to complain about here.
