I took part in a 3 week Teamster course with Don. It was an excellent experience. Putting your hands on the lines and following a team with a gentleman who knows what he is doing, and can teach you what he knows, is worth more than all the books and magazines and YouTube videos one can consume. The accommodations are comfortable and cozy, and Don and MaryRose made me feel at home. Lastly, it was more than reasonably priced. I intend to go back for another course soon.

Fantastic mutton chorizo, great cheese, and, of course, delicious chops. The sheep are lovingly cared for by a couple of fantastic shepherds. I love their products. You can't buy them at the dairy without an appointment but you can get them at the Ithaca Farmers' Market and at the Piggery as well as other local places.
