Kathy Johnson currently has my lake house listed and has done a wonderful job marketing my property. She has done everything I have asked and more, from removing snow from my driveway to make my visits easier to taking garbage out that I have forgotten. Even protecting my home from un-respectful potential clients that she could have possible picked up as clients. As my agent she has a fiduciary responsibility to protect my best interest which she has and is absolutely doing. I have known Kathy for over 12 years and she has always been so polite and kind but still keeping my best interests in mind. Thank you Kathy.. I appreciate you and what you've done.

Heather is AWESOME! She has helped my family and I purchase 3 different properties. One of which was not even in her area. She answers any of my question in a timely matter. If she doesn't know the answer she finds it. She is extremally good at her job and always has good advice, and ideas. She is our Realtor to the end.

Cason Berg listed and sold our home in Brigham City, Utah. He was easy to get hold of, quick to return calls, helpful in communicating between buyers and seller, took professional photos, held an open house, made flyers, made cookies for those that attended the open house. Very friendly, professional, and went above and beyond in getting everything taken care of quickly, efficiently, and dealt with any headache that came up taking the pressure off of us. We listed our cabin in Bridgerland Village, Garden City, with Peni towards the end of winter. There was still snow on the ground and it was beautiful. Peni had pictures taken from a drone towards dark and the affect was tremendous. We began to worry when the market started to slow down, and interest rates go up. But Peni continued to encourage us all along the way until we did get our cabin sold! Peni is a most pleasant person to work with and she did really go to work for us! We recently bought a Duplex in Garden city and had the wonderful Tonya as our realtor! She is fast and extremely on top of her job! Willing to do showings and answer questions at all times of day and weekends. She sold a home for us and then found us another better suited to our needs. I get very frustrated with realtors who listen to what you want then show homes nothing like what you are looking for. Kathy listens and then finds the right home. She works hard at what she does, is one of the kindest persons I have ever met and has a super human patience. I can't even imagine Kathy getting angry with anyone's children. She is seriously the most kind and patient woman I have ever met. It makes me wonder what the children must have been doing if they got a reaction that warranted leaving a terrible review and calling Kathy abusive.
