Great team. Came in today to get my headlights changed. Quoted me a great price to change both lamps and they stuck with it. It took no time to get things done and everyone in the building was friendly and helpful. Will be back for other work that is needed on my vehicle.

Stopped in the Bayville location, was immediately greeted by the manager. I explained my needs and he went over his process. Once completed he again thoroughly explained the charges and then thanked me. Short and sweet, done in less than 30 min., on top of it all gave me 10$ off work performed.

Ok literally always seemed to have a issue every 3-4000 miles and always had some kind of issue and would bring it into mavis (booooo)

So I had enough one time when mavis told me a quote over the phone and then when I got to the desk told me a different quote (double boooo)

I brought it across the street to Midas literally they were like nah it’s not that and fixed it !!! I haven’t had a car issue in almost 2 years just normal oil changes ever since going to Midas !!!!!!! (Yaaaaaay)

Tom was excellent!! Needed 2 rotors resurfaced because they were hard to get. He wasn’t 100% sure he’d be able to do it due to not using his machine is several months, he tried but called me right away to let me know the situation and I could leave em but he didn’t want me to be held up on him! Loved the honesty and integrity! Thanks brother I’ll be back soon for what we spoke about! 5 star hands down! Honesty and integrity go along way in the automotive industry

Called to see if there was availability for an oil change and was told to come by whenever. Brought the car in shortly after and they took it right in and serviced it quickly. I was in an out with some errands in between in about an hour! Service is friendly and you don’t feel like anyone is trying to take advantage of you like at other shops. It was 100 degrees that day and I was on my way with my father back from Ocean City New Jersey when 30 minutes into our trip my AC started blowing hot air. we pulled over to this Midas here and they were able to assess the problem right away and they understood our situation of being four hours away from home and stranded there with no family close to wait with us. Eddie and Tom took us in right away and got the job done within a matter of a few hours, I cannot thank them enough for their efficiency kindness and hard work. I am forever grateful to them . I had a nail in my tire and wokeup with it completely flat. Had to wait for my mom to come over to use her electric pump so I could get some air in it and get it fixed. Mavis wouldn't take me because they were too booked. Called midas and they got me in asap a half hour before they closed. So thankful for them! Thank you!!
