I met Paul in early 2013 while I was still in first-stage recovery from a terrible car accident that has left me with a lifelong neck injury. At that time Nicole was working elsewhere as a massage therapist, and they had not been able to combine their amazing work. Paul quickly helped to alleviate my intense pain, and reduced inflammation, so that I could regain full range of motion. Shortly after, Nicole started being able to massage some of Paul's patients one night a week. She was and remains the only massage therapist that I will let work on my neck. While I went through multiple rounds of PT, Nicole stayed in constant contact with my PT, Chris, so that they could plan and work together.
It is awesome to have Paul and Nicole together full time and it's been great to watch their practice, and dream, come to fruition. Paul has helped me through so much more than my neck injury - surgical recoveries, gastrointestinal issues, headaches, and coming off of pain meds without withdrawal. My now 12-year-old son who has Aspergers also sees them both occasionally and has gained relief of gastric problems, as well as help with mood swings thanks to Paul's knowledge and expertise with herbal remedies.
Nicole is a petite BOMB, who understands exactly how to loosen up my neck and shoulders. She thinks nothing of hopping up on the table with me to help stretch a pulled hamstring or glute. I will always be grateful that she isn't afraid of doing the deep tissue massage that I need in order to feel well - she is the perfection of her trade.
Together they make the absolute greatest team as both spouses and partners in arts. I would not even have had the chance to recover as much as I have, feel whole as a mother and a wife, and be able to start a new career working full-time without them. I will be seeing them forever, and telling everyone that will listen that they need to as well. Love them like family

Had a Quad Muscle Twitching for over 1 month. It was constant, and super frustrating. Wife first urged me to go to doctor, but that comes with MORE appointments and possible medication suggestions. I didn't want that. My wife then suggested Paul. Paul said progress would be either a lower freq. of the twitch, or lower intensity. I experienced both the day I left. The next day, even less. The third day, the twitching vanished. It has been gone for over 1 week! SUPER IMPRESSED with Paul! I see why he has all 5 stars!

I live a very active lifestyle skiing, mountain biking, running, and doing Crossfit. Every now again and get hurt and the first thing I think of is Paul and Acupuncture & Everything Wellness. When my chiropractor couldn't help with severe back pain I was having, I went to see Paul and he had me at 100% in just two sessions. I recently hurt my shoulder skiing to the point where I couldn't put on a jacket without wincing in pain. In just one session Paul had it back to normal. I started acupuncture with Paul Mosier to alleviate back pain and get back to rowing. The back pain was resolved very quickly and I then decided to continue with acupuncture to maintain my health. I have had a very stressful and busy year with the death of both of my parents, running a small business, numerous trips to visit and support children (with one planning a wedding across the country), and moving to a new home. With all of these things going on in my life, I have had the healthiest year since I can recall. I have had great energy and even my seasonal allergies have been minimal to non-existent. I attribute it all to the acupuncture with Dr Paul Mosier. In addition, the hour session is peaceful and the most relaxed hour of each month. Dr Mosier is professional, caring, and an expert.

Since the time I started high school which was 15 years ago, I have had a chronic pain in my lower left abdomen. The pain was dull and stabbing, almost as though a small knife was grating against my insides constantly. I went to multiple doctors both alternative and otherwise and could not find a diagnosis, a solution, nor relief. Many of them told me it was all in my head, or related to stress or anxiety. I was recommended supplements, told to try different dietary tactics. No matter what I ate, or didn't eat, the pain was there. Everyday. It caused me so much stress and anxiety and overall a feeling of hating my body and the way it was functioning. I thought that this was something I would have to endure for the rest of my life. He did not tell me my problems were all in my head, and he did not stick me into categories where I didn't belong. After several visits, I can say for the first time since I can remember, that I am completely pain-free!!! I am starting to feel like myself and it's absolutely incredible to feel like even my mood and energy are improving because of this transformation! I cannot thank Paul enough and I am truly amazed at the benefits of this age-old healing art that he has put into well-skilled practice.

I went to Paul for help with menopause and the hot flashes. I was at wits ends. Not sleeping well, foggy headed, feeling like awful. After my second sessions the hot flashes are minimal, I am sleeping better which is helping me think clearer. Paul explained that this is an ongoing thing for a little while. I will keep this up forever if it keeps the hot flashes away. I highly recommend Paul at Amherst Wellness Center.

I work in the public school system and am surrounded by students that might or might not be healthy.

In the past, when I've been exposed to those pesky cold germs, I could almost count the days until my nose would start to tickle and "that sneeze" would come. Then more sneezes and sinus pressure would follow. Yes, I would have caught their cold.

Well, a few weeks ago the cold germs were flying around me. I was feeling somewhat run down myself and by mid week I experienced "that sneeze" and a little congestion in my right sinus. This time I immediately took Cang Er San that you had recommended. Yes, one dose Thursday night and Friday I took the recommended 3 doses. Saturday I awoke feeling "normal" and have been feeling fine ever since.
