Wendy's

This is a shoutout to the woman who was working the drive thru at around 1:30pm on 4/1. She was very pleasant and super nice. The world needs more people like her working in customer service. Wish I grabbed her name, but she made my day.

Google wanted me to post because I'm top 10% I guess? It's just a Wendy's... Food was clean and as intended. Folks were nice to me.

When I get food from that Wendy's I buy a patty for my puppy. This time I forgot but the service agent didn't. She reminded me I I needed a patty for her and that's when I bought it. Thank you Wendy's employee. My puppy loves those patties..

We arrived at just the right time as others were leaving and arriving. We both had Strawberries Salad and 1 small drink.
The tables were just cleaned, and it smelled so good in there

Short line at the drive up, so it was easy to get an early dinner.
Get some chili and a biggie bag. This Wendy's really does the chili right. Lots of beans and meat never disappointed.
Looking forward to the Crispy Panko Fish sandwich which should be back in about a month.

The fish is cooked to order so there is usually a short wait but within 5 minutes the sandwiches are brought out and if they are anything last year, excellent!

The crispiness of the panko bread crumbs is better than I can ever make at home and the premium glazed bun is a really nice touch. I am glad Wendy's brought it back last year even if it is only for a limited time.

Food was hot and fresh and a great value!

We always order with the app and our food is quick and fresh! Every once in a while we are missing a sauce or fork for a salad but it's a quick run in fix!

Great service and the food has always been recently prepared. Their new fries are a great improvement and they deliver on their promise of always fresh and crispy. Also, they have added some new meals for lunch and breakfast that are worth trying! Prices have raised a little because of the pandemic but that's to be expected at this point. This is still a place I would recommend if you are looking for something to eat quick.

I don't need to go into the food at this establishment. It's about the employees at this point. While I've only ordered the same day every week, and for the morning hours, the employees have been friendly and attentive and smiling EVERY time. If they made a mistake, which has been EXTREMELY rare, they are quick to fix it and do so happily. A breath of fresh air to have a fast food establishment with a caring staff 👍

Drive through again, I got a spicy chicken sandwich with special instructions and it was filled correctly. The rest of the orders were correct and timely. There was quite a line and it was served politely and courteous from ordering to receiving. Always great service.

Always love to come here with friends great place to quickly pick up food and be on our way. Love the jalapeno burger could use a few more jalapeno though but I very all a great place to eat in or on the run recommend for family's or just solo people. And there ice cream machines work 😁

Food is good. Atmosphere is good and clean. 4 for 4 deal is good.
Suggestion
1. Have someone else fix the drinks so that the order taker can take orders faster
2. Try not to reprimand the help in front of the customer. It does more harm than good.

With the pandemic Ive shifted my routine to incorporate lunches while traveling around. This Wendy's is staffed by really great people. They get the orders right and they get people through really quickly. Everyone I come into contact with is really professional and pleasant and it's clear their first priority is to get your food safely made and get you on your way. When you need to lean on fast food, you can't go wrong here!

Food was really good. Had chicken nuggets and fries and a burger. You at the counter was friendly service was super. The ambiance was good and the seating area was very clean.

Bacon cheesburger was delicious! Fresh tomato and lettuce! Fries not over kill salty, just right! My 91 yr old client and I had a nice picnic lunch down by the river and it was yummy!

I did a mobile order while in the drive thru. Although true drive thru was a little slow my food was hot when I received it.

Met a cool lady from the mountains here. She was nice, said she only came off the mountains once every year for supplies and Wendy's, so this place has to be doing something right

This Wendy's is always on the mark and consistent in taste to what the food should taste like. Can't give this compliment to all the fast food chains in Milford. Ultimately though, it is fast food and you're getting what you pay for.

My friend and I came in with a large order for 9 people, and they were so quick, efficient, and kind. And everything was spot on.

This is just my favorite of the big 3 fast food chains. I love the never frozen burgers, the chocolate frosty's and the chicken nuggets. Their promotional items are hit or miss. My favorite is still the baconnator with fries dipped in a chocolate frosty.
