Solid experience shopping with reasonable, expected prices on quality furniture. The person who helped us was awesome (had Frida Kahlo on her arm but I'm bad with names) and was very willing to help with whatever we needed help with. She let us be and shop but checked in on us periodically and gave us some info as we went. It wasn't overbearing - it was just right! (I've been in customer service for all of my adult life so I know it's a balance and she achieved it!) I have nothing but positive things to say right now. We have delivery and haul away scheduled for next week. Very excited!

I was able to get in and out, and Mike really helped me out. I went shopping for a bed and Bills Brothers made it easy. Service was excellent, they got the bed loaded up and strapped down. I will be returning sometime for future furniture purchases as well!

I came from California 2 weeks ago to care for my 97year old mother in her home who is in Hospice care. She has been sleeping in a broken recliner. When a hospital bed was too painful on her back, I set out to replace her recliner with a much better for her lift chair. Mike & Jeanice were so great helping me pick the top of the line lift recliner at a price well below the other three stores I went to. Even though their delivery service was on vacation until next week, Mike rounded up a crew to deliver the chair to Mom's home an hour after the purchase. They even moved her old chair into another room. And the best news of all. My Mom LOVES the Chair. Says her back feels much better in the new chair. It will be her day chair and night bed. Thank you Mike and Jeanice.

This place is a great place to buy furniture. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality furniture at a good price. The store is very clean . Is easy to spot from the street and easy to park in parking lot.

We just moved to Iowa 2 months ago . We found this store searching on Google. We got a great deal . The staff was very friendly and welcoming . We will definitely be coming back for our furniture needs .

Drove by this place i didn't know existed while looking for an area rug. Obviously I thought I may as well stop in and see what they had. I found a rug I liked at a very reasonable price and they had many other pieces of nice looking furniture. Staff was helpful and even made sure the rug would fit in my car. I'm sure I will be back soon.

Had a great experience working with Tracy. She was very upbeat & helpful. Didn't feel like a salesperson more like a friend helping another friend. We also had an incident with one of the pieces we purchased. They replaced and delivered it the very next day. My husband and I were very impressed. Thanks to all at Bills!

Simply put, this place is awesome. It's one of the last family owned furniture retailers in our area and what a great family they are. My home is at least 80% Bills Brothers furnished because you just can't beat their prices and as affordable as they are somehow no corners are cut on customer service. 100% satisfied, every time.

Friendly staff who greeted us as soon as we walked in. Great selection of new and used furniture at a legitimate bargain price ! They walked us around and showed us the different mattress's and was very helpful and knowledgeable !

You have to understand that this place sells mostly USED item's and is more than happy to allow you to look over every aspect of any part of the item.

As in any place that sells furniture and or electronics make sure you ask questions. Make sure you know what you're looking for, google is your best friend if you need in depth information !

This is a friendly store with an excellent selection of merchandise at good prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and always ready to help you with your questions. Merchandise is constantly coming in, so if you don't see what you want you could come back in a few days and see something new. This is our go-to place for furniture, and we've never been disappointed.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would.They have a huge selection & great prices! Not only that, but the staff there are wonderful. I went in with a budget thinking I was barely going to leave with a couch. I ended up leaving with a couch, chair, rug and even a bean bag for my little one year old. Definitely will recommend to all friends and family!

Brian was very helpful, not pushy, and there were tons of great deals on a great selection of furniture. My mom and I had a great time shopping there and found pieces we had been looking for at a half dozen other stores!

Jesse and his team are rockstars! We always shop late Saturday afternoons as that's the only time my husband and I are both available and they are always crazy busy but the service is always fast, friendly and employees are very helpful!

Only place I found in town that had a recliner in stock and under $600. Great selection and Service. I will be back for the couch when I have room
