Waited 3 hrs for 1 script and one day 1 hour for another just for them to say it was out of stock.

They are very very slow! It’s ridiculous how long it takes for them to fill a Rx or answer the phone. I’m calling HQ

The Worst Pharmacy in the entire country. Pharmacy personals are not trained well and the pharmacy employees are very slow and rude. They dont accept scripts on time.I guess the pharmacy manager is not capable of doing his/her job.

Entered store to pick up item only available here. Visited the restroom while here and found it horrible condition. Fecal matter smeared across toilet and walls, urine on floor and around urinal. All of which looked as if was sitting for quite some time and store was not busy. Cashier was not very customer oriented and when I shared the restroom condition, she acted like she was aware and could care less. Highly disappointing for Health service establishment. Needless to say I will not be returning here.

No stars. Worst pharmacy I have ever been in. DO NOT use this pharmacy. You have to give them at least one star to post but just be sure I would not give them that much.

Had to do self checkout because nobody was around to help. There was a sale on drinks and when I asked for help the lady came with an attitude saying I need a CVS card. I out my number in and she seemed to be upset about helping with self checkout.

If you make people do YOUR job. There should be some sort of discount. I don't work here but I have to do your job?

Management should have the pharmacy department rotate lunches. I’ve never been to a pharmacy where they close at all. It’s no wonder this store has the worst ratings in town. Not to mention the store smells of mildew.

You guys have have a white person working in the window ho is a races person always that I go interested she always have a excuse to attend me and my husband we are Hispanic and I think that she have to be more professional and help the people.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. The guy told me he had to update the medical info so I should come back in an hour. AN HOUR TO UPDATE MEDICAL INFO!!!! do not waste your time going to this store. There are a plenty of other options!!

Realmente se perdió los valores en este CVS donde tengo la dirección de todo mis medicamentos tuve una mala experiencia con las dos encargadas una supervisora traté de imprimir una foto y fue una irrespetuosa me maltrataron me tratan malísimo no tienen la iniciativa de hacer una buena Atencion Al Cliente son personas totalmente desubicada no saben lo que hacen como tratar a los clientes realmente me voy decepcionada del servicio Atencion Al Cliente las dos señoras de la entrada de trenzas creo que es un racismo y me maltrataron de verdad que si hubiese tenido a la policía cerca le digo definitivamente es muy triste

La mayoría del personal de farmacia su atención es pobre, poco profesional, amargada y no brindan un servicio con excelencia. Tristemente en especial una de las damas que trabaja y habla español y inglés! Tiene un trato sarcástico y de mala educación hablando por encima de uno y con mucha rudeza! De cabello rizado, con lentes. Realmente desde antes del COVID esta situación ha sido de esta manera. Y no me cambiaba solo porque pensé que tenían mucho trabajo debido a la pandemia! Pero al ver que continúan en la misma actitud, mi decisión será no ser más cliente de un lugar donde no hay profesionalismo y falta de empatía y respeto por el paciente o cliente.
