E-Z Test Pool Supplies

I ordered the incorrect pool robot vacuum cable. When I was attempting to change the cable, I noticed that the cable I ordered only had two contacts instead of three. I contacted customer service and I was advised that if I ordered the correct cable and sent the original cable that I ordered back, that the restocking fee would be waived. I've sent the original cable back, and it was received on June 20th. I will update my review either positively or negatively based on the outcome. I'm still awaiting correspondence regarding the receipt of the original cable and my refund.

Walked in today to buy a robot vacuum for my in ground pool. Walked in frustrated with my current vac. I had a idea what I wanted was just looking for the best customer service. That’s exactly what I found here. Christina is the pool guru. She answered all our questions. She was so patient with us. We learned more today about our pool than we have in the 7 years we’ve had it. Everyone in the store was so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you so much. Unfortunately not everyone in our house is happy with Daphnie the Dolphin. Larry Bird gives it 4 paws down. We give it 2 thumbs up and 5 stars to EZ.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I started my research on in ground pools 3+ years ago and E-Z Test Pools/D&P Pools exceeding my expectations. Everyone was beyond professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable about the industry. Matt, Rick and the team answered all and any questions I had in a very timely manner (and there were A LOT!). There was (and is) a lot of uncertainty in the pool industry now with so many supply issues and E-Z Test Pools/D&P Pools was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process.

We signed a contract to have a pool installed in April of 2020. We had the pool installed in September of that year. We were very happy with the outcome (patio done by another company). They always answered our calls and gave good suggestions. After our pool was installed I had lots of questions about chemicals etc. Trish is so responsive and helpful. Doing business with them was awesome.

My husband and I walked into E-Z Test Pool, after being referred to by many people close to us, not knowing much about pools. We were greeted by Christina. She took her time to explain every pool to see which pool was best for us, how to maintain them, best products, and plenty of recommendations/how to’s. We successfully have an above ground pool (still filling up) and could not be happier! Highly recommend E-Z Test Pool!

All of the men who came to our house to help were very knowledgeable and professional. When there was a problem, they responded quickly and resolved the problem. I place an order for a circuit board for a Hayward Salt system on a Sunday and I received the part on Wednesday. Very fast shipping and I spoke with customer service on Monday. They were the cheapest for the part I needed and they shipped it quickly. I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Needed some new wheels for the pool vacuum. Shipping was fast. I didn’t order both and called them. A person answered the phone!!! He was very understanding and helped me get another one ordered. I have places closer to me but I will check this place first. Thank you for the service after the order.

Bought a hot tub off E-Z Test Pool Supply. I worked with Christine Moore. Had a slight glitch, but she took care of the issue and resolved it within 24 hours. Would highly recommend. They set me up with all the proper chemicals and I’ve been enjoying the spa very much.

I discovered EZ test about 2 years . It is my go to place for all my pool chemicals, and anything else I could ever need. I got a great price on a new pool pump this year and filter. Christina and her staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Their prices are very fair too!

I purchased a house with an in ground pool in Feb 2023. The pool, of course, was covered. Upon spring time, we were so excited to open the pool only to find the water very dark green in color. With the expertise and help of Christina, Keith, Alexa, Alex, Connor and Christian our pool is now a beautiful, crystal clear oasis in our back yard. Great service from Kent in the Derry store. He went above and beyond to get me bolts needed for my jump board at no cost from the manufacturer and for which other sources were asking $150. I've always received great service and received helpful information from the staff at E-Z Test. It is a great place to take your pool business.
