Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Oh my goodness! I came in to get paint (of course) and it was kinda busy about 30 minutes before closing time. There was only one young lady, Cecilia, working and she was on top of everything, super helpful, pleasant, and efficient!! Such a lovely experience! Attention Manager - SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!!

Chaz, the assistant manager, greeted me in the store. He was very friendly, helpful, and was able to make sure I got the product that I needed, in a timely manner. Thanks again for your excellent service. And if the manager is reading this, it certainly wouldn’t be out of the question to offer him a pay increase based on his knowledge and customer skill set…..:)

Excellent service and friendly people who know how to help the non-professional painter. Home Depot is fine but it's hard to get someone's attention. SW Canton is always focused on helping customers.

Employees there take care of their customers in a professional way. They understand paints and which ones to apply where and when. This is a great help to non professional recreational painters like myself. When I have a large printing job, I always insist on the painter using Sherwin Williams paint and that it be purchased at this location.

The staff in the Canton store cannot be beat. They answer all my questions with a smile and a positive attitude. The products are great and the customer service is wonderful. What more could you ask for? :)
