Even though I rated a 5, it does bother me that it seems that you are changing the yarns. I use Charisma for stuffies and need solids, not variegated colors. I know it's on line but it is faster to go to the stores.

The crown jewel of this location is Jayden, an employee that helped me. I'm not sure I've ever met anyone with a sweeter spirit than this young man. I hugged him before I left ❤

Great store, lots of people to trip over while finding your creative tools(busy store) a bit on the pricey side but they have a nice selection. Found what i was looking for quickly

I give this place a 5 stars for a clean store and helpful staff. The kids like coming here when they have projects. They do have alot of little thing for the school projects. I just wish it wasnt so expensive. Some items are high that are needed for school. Just to have the project thrown away .

Today I’m giving Sophia five stars she was a tremendous help. She had an extremely friendly, sweet and pleasant demeanor. I informed her I’ve been to six stores and she got right on the job. She showed me some excellent crafting choices. I would definitely recommend this location.

I absolutely LOVE this store! So many deals it's easy to lose track of time. Checking out the clearance section is a must as far as I'm concerned. You really just never know what sweet deals you'll find. And the staff are awesome! Very approachable and always go above and beyond when you need help. Last night I thought I lost my cell phone in the store and the associate used her own cell phone to call mine with no hesitation. Now that's customer service! Turns out it was just buried in my cart... 😁

We went in and picked something up for a family member and immediately received help! Gave us all the discounts and very professional. We will go back .

Michaels is my go to for crafts. The things that I found made the costume party a hit and I will be back for Christmas. The staff is so awesome.

The store was still organized and clean. They have available sanitizer wipes at the door to and requires face mask. Some of the shelves where empty, however you still can find a lot of items. I believe it was the seasonal shelf. Still a good place to buy many different items.

This Michael's is always fun … very organized and cheerful with lots of great items at great prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. I buy decorative pieces for our church there. They have a large selection of items, which are beautiful, good quality and very affordable. Plus, I always get the military discount, as well as other coupon discounts. It's also my favorite store for decorating for holidays.

Store is kept well. Staff are super helpful and decently knowledgeable. I'm new to hand lettering and wasn't sure how well some pens worked. A lovely associate let me try pens out and gave me paper to try them on. Truly impressed! Customer service is a rarity these days, but this location gets an A+!
