Parkway Honda Service

Needed my tire patched. They as always were great. Could have told me I needed a new tire. (Like the first place I took it did). They said it was close but they felt it would be fine. It was fixed and cost $28.00. Could have very easily told me I needed a new tire. I buy Honda’s because of the Service Department!!!!!!!

The service team & service manager here are incredible. They were willing to continue troubleshooting until they found the root cause of my issue. Great quality work, great customer service, and great value. I'll be getting all my work done here from now on!

This is the only Honda dealership I will take my car to get serviced. The service advisors are always super nice and always ask if there is anything else I might be concerned about on my car that I did not list when scheduling my service. At my last appointment, they advised my gasket cover was needing replaced and because I am leaving for vacation soon, they put in an order for the part as soon as they realized so it could arrive before I left for vacation and wouldn`t have an issue.

Parkway has always treated us great! Still miss Bob Windemuth when he was service manager. He always took extra good care of our three vehicles.

I was checked in by Mason. He was very friendly and listened to my concerns with my car. My tech was Tristan. Tristan was thorough and friendly. He made efforts to fix my cars radio and was successful. My radio doesn’t disconnect on its own and my gps so far has not froze! Thank you!

Heather was kind enough to work me in to have my car serviced last minute before our vacation since I was over on my mileage and didn’t realize it. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful at Parkway Honda!

Parkway notified me that my Honda van was subject to 2 recalls. They scheduled an appointment at my convenience, took the van in immediately upon my arrival, and had the service completed and me back on the road within an hour. Excellent!

It was very easy to book an appointment, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, and I love the little print out they provide with an easy-to-read summary of everything they checked during the inspection, showing anything that might need attention.

Coyla did a wonderful job with recalibration of my HRV after things needed fixed when my battery died!👏 Thank you for the great service at Dover, OH Parkway Honda!😀

I had an oil change, tire rotation and a brake switch replacement performed on my truck and I am completely satisfied with the work that was completed by Travis S. Everything was done professionally, with care in a very timely matter. Coyla was the service agent I worked with and she was very professional, thorough and friendly. I have ZERO issues with dealing with her or the service department. ABSOLUTELY 5 stars in my book. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

My car was serviced as soon as I drove it into the Service Area at Parkway Honda. They did only what was needed and it only took about a half hour for oil change and tire rotation. I didn't get my car washed at that time because it was raining rather heavy the.

Got me in within one business day. With a short wait doing my recall. I bought my suv there but this was my first service. Ty

Great service as always. Had a light come on the dash . I called and they said bring it in and they'll check it out. Found out it was a low tire pressure warning a small screw was causing a slow leak.
Been having my car serviced there for years. Always reliable, friendly service.

Mason greeted us and took care of everything for us. He texted us while we were in the waiting area just to be sure we knew he was there and could easily be reached. Our service was prompt, explained well and we got on our way with confidence. Parkway and Mason are the very best!
