Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

First off, the staff has been super delightful!! It's always the same man or woman, sometimes it's a bonus and you get both of them 😁 always at least 12 different varieties of Italian Ice and the custard is plentiful! The root beer ice with vanilla custard blended, blew my mind!!

My wife ordered the peach/vanilla frozen blend, my daughter in law ordered the same but add lemon, and my son and I ordered the root beer/vanilla…all were awesome. Highly recommended!!!

Swedish fish blendini is second to none! Awesome service and the team was really kind to our kids.

Amar was absolutely AMAZING!!! He gave recommendations, information about the all natural flavors, and was the most polite person I've ever spoken to in a business. The Gelati was so good, that it was gone before I made it out of the parking lot. Rita's will be a weekly stop from now on.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I absolutely love this location. I stop by to get mango ice and milkshakes every week. Always so good. The workers are always so nice and helpful and make any accommodations I ask!😊 I also love that they are open in the winter. 💖💖

The staff at this location are so friendly! She encouraged me to try out flavors before ordering and was very patient! The store was spotless, and even smelt clean! I've also never been to a Rita's with so many Italian ice flavors... there were 20! Delicious, clean and friendly. I'm definitely coming back here!

Not only is this location extremely clean, the workers are extremely nice. All of them served my family of 10+, allowing us to test any flavor before ordering. No one appeared frustrated, instead they were very eager to serve and seemed delighted we visited. The man working took our picture (after asking of course) in order to promote the business as a “family friendly business”. He ensured we were well taken care of as we ate our frozen ice and thanked us for coming. After my car wouldn’t start, a fellow customer and the man working came out immediately to help jump my car. I have never experienced someone working in the service industry so kind and giving. I will continue to return and will promote this business.

Lots of options, each delicious in their own right and very refreshing! Not only is their custard/italian ice great, but they easily have some of the friendliest people working there. We came in with a group of people, and they gave us a large sample for all of us to try their new flavor. You can just tell they genuinely care about their business and their delicious deserts. Highly recommend!

I've loved Rita's ever since I discovered them long ago on the east coast. This location is the closest currently to my home, but it is still a bit of a drive since we live north of Cincinnati. My kids got a taste of Rita's on vacation and kept asking for it after we got home, so I called to ask today's flavors. I was hoping watermelon was one of them, and when I asked if they had watermelon, the woman on the phone said she didn't have any made but she would make some for me since I specifically asked about it. We arrived a couple of hours later, and sure enough she had made the watermelon flavor, and she was so friendly and polite- double-checking our order for accuracy. A very positive experience.

Cotton candy is sooooo good.. I love Unicorn, Ocean Splash, and Mango.. looking forward to trying more flavors.

This was our first time visiting this Rita’s location and we enjoyed it very much. The staff member was very friendly. He even mentioned they would be open during the winter, which is when a lot of places in the area like DQ close. I would definitely go back and support this new location. Great tasting Italian ice!

This is the best Rita's location I have been to. We came all the way from Canada to get some Rita's ! The owners are extremely friendly, accomodating and cheerful.

Not only were the Italian ice and custard concretes amazing, the owner was over the top amazing! The nicest guy ever, sooooo polite and friendly and made our first time experience so great. We can’t wait to go back.

You need this! It was my first time having Rita's frozen custard and I loved it! This location is recently new and the owners are amazing! Being our first time we had no idea what anything was and they explained everything to us! My kids got the "Gelati" which is Italian ice with frozen custard. We never even heard of that before and now it's probably a family favorite. I got the "Concrete" Reeses Peanut Butter Mudslide, which is frozen custard with Reeses magic mixed in and topped with hot chocolate sauce. I'm a huge fan of anything Reeses and by far this is now my favorite I've ever had. Another great thing is they're open all year long, which means we can get these tastes of happiness all year long! If you haven't been you should def go and if you've been to another Rita's I recommend trying this one.

Great flavors and wide range of options. Get there before 8p if you want all the choices - that's when the best flavors start to run out! Everyone is friendly and the app gets you rewards if you're as addicted as my friends and I are

The owners are the most hospitable and kind people. There is no reason to go to another store for a cold sweet treat. Plus, it's Rita's!
