River Town Dentistry did not disappoint from the appearance of the office to the cleaning and exam and then the check out! The office is clean and modern. Heather made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My teeth feel so clean now. I have a problem area and she helped me understand what she was doing to help clean the area better and tips for me to help with it as well. Dr. Alicia has a beautiful smile and it resonates through her kindness and calm demeanor. She also looked at my problem area and explained it thoroughly so that I was able to understand as well as my options. As a new patient, the electronic paperwork was easy and efficient. During the check out, Erica was super kind and friendly. She made sure I had everything I needed and also made sure I had a pleasant experience. Dr Walke is very professional, timely and stays educated and abreast on all and current procedures. She is very gentle, smooth, and consistent when working with patients. She explains treatment, cost and relevant issues pertaining to it. She has a very kind, attentive, knowledgeable, considerate staff that aids her practice well. The staff at Rivertown Family Dentistry are amazing. My family of 5 enjoy going there and feel fortunate to have such cutting edge service close to home in small town Iowa.

Stopped in one day because of severe pain. They were booked but took my name and number in case of a cancellation. They called the next morning and were able to get me in that day. The staff was so wonderful from the minute I walked in. I needed up having a tooth extracted and Dr WALKE was determined to make sure I was comfortable and the procedure was painless which it was. Rhonda was so caring and helpful from the minute I arrived and Katie made me so comfortable during X-rays and the exam. Staci who assisted Dr Walke also made sure I was comfortable and not anxious during the procedure. I can’t reiterate how nice this office was and I would recommend anyone who is anxious or hasn’t been to a dentist in a while to go there. There is no judgment from the staff and they do care about your needs. Thank you
