Very disappointed to say the least!!! Last summer Caleb detailed our boat and did a shabby job. We talked about my concerns instead of me posting a negative review. To make it right with us, he offered to detail one of our vehicles free of charge. We had an appointment for Friday August 2nd. Told him we would not need the car back until Sunday. He said no problem. Finally got a hold of him on Sunday later than planned because he didn't respond at first. He stated he had not even started on our car. We told him to forget about it as we needed our car back. He didn't even apologize. Will not be going back!!!
