Awesome lunch with the family. Burgers were outstanding as usual and my Niece really enjoyed the Fajitas. Had an Ice Cold Heineken with the Nachos n Chicken which was really worth it. Service was great and the restaurant is extremely clean and inviting

Food is fantastic, the gluten free menu is large and you can order from lots of options including gluten free buns for the burgers. Service is fantastic and our server Isaac was very considerate and began with asking for allergies which we appreciated because we had 3 celiac disease orders as he informed us of all our options and warned us of others and checked on things he did not know for us, he is awesome and we would definitely come back and ask for him again. The salmon is fantastic and the mashed potatoes are equally amazing. The fajitas are also good. Next time I hope to try the Hurricane drink but the strawberry basil lemonade is good too. Atmosphere is good and the music videos playing are interesting. Hopefully we get to come eat here a third time!

Somewhat typical hard rock cafe experience, but that is by no means a negative. Each hard rock cafe is unique, and the Honolulu location is no different. The restaurant is mostly open air on the second floor, with most guests located on the balcony with a fantastic view of the city.

Our server was very kind and attentive, as well as very knowledgeable of individual ingredients for each menu item. There were several questions asked about dietary restrictions, and they answered all questions without the need to double check.

Finally, our food was well prepared and quite tasty. I ordered the Messi chicken sandwich, which had two very well prepared fried chicken patties, which looked as if made in fresh oil. The arugula was fresh and a pleasant addition to the sandwich. Additionally, I ordered a hurricane drink, which is slightly pricey at $20, but does come with a souvenir glass to take home.

Excellent food and service! Our server was amazing and connected with us on a personal level about our home town and asked questions about visiting. He was very personable!

We love visiting the Hard Rock Cafe so when I saw there was one in Hawaii - we had to go! We actually ended up eating lunch here after getting married on the beach. We called the family from the table while eating our hamburgers and let them know we got married. LOL. Great memories. And of course, we bought tshirts in the shop for everyone back home.

This is a 'new' Hard Rock since we last visited in 2009! We love the atmosphere and Tim (our bartender) was awesome (and has a great beard!). We didn't have food this visit, but we did do some shopping in the "Rock Shop".

We went 2 times for dinner in Hawaii because it was so good, the seating outside was everything! They took professional photos of us when we were there & you could buy them, which we did and they turned out amazing. The food was delicious & both waitresses we had were so nice & on top of whatever we needed :)

Great location, wasn't too busy so it was great service. Food was delicious and the memorabilia was amazing to look at. I had to explain to my son who Jimi Hendrix was! Gift shop has lots for everyone

The restaurant was full, but we got seated at the bar right away. Our waitress was amazing, recommended delicious drinks. Brought us wipes and was very attentive. The food was amazing, and it came out very quick and hot.

Today our bartender performed amazingly and a true representation of customer service. Long time regular came in and he took care of her and was so entertaining me and my girl came in and honestly had a great experience and the food was amazing. Respect for a bald man with a great beard.

Open air restaurant upstairs and gift shop downstairs. Food was good, but the pork sliders had too much fat pieces in them. The nachos were good and so were the onion rings. Our server was awesome…told us about all the specials and made sure we were taken care of.

Great duo fajitas, chicken and steak. Highly recommend. Danny is a awesome very hard working bartender. Laura a good server.

I love a good Hard Rock Cafe and this one didn't disappoint. There are poor reviews of the food but my Flatbread was very good. No complaints during my visit.

Loved our visit tonight and food was great! Drinks were wonderful. Our host Nathaniel was a gem and seated us at our preferred table which was spectacular. Our waiter Alex was wonderful and so very helpful with his good and beverage suggestions. Would definitely recommend.

Our server Kat was amazing, thank you for being so attentive. Burgers were delicious, and it was no problem to make mine gluten free (along with fries in separate fryer). Kat recommended the gluten free brownie which was huge but fun!

Just had a great dining experience as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the hostess who sat us at our table and let us know where the bathrooms were. No one has ever told us where the bathrooms were in a restaurant. In addition, She noticed my husband was struggling with the climb of the stairs and she pointed out where the elevators were. I wished I had gotten her name but she was trained well. Our server was beyond excellent thank you Danielle for the excellent customer service and going the extra mile, I order the salmon and mashed potatoes. It was excellent, the green beans were cold with no taste. My husband ordered the ribs and rate it at a 7. We will be back. Thank you!!!

There is nothing to say about this place, a must for me every time that I go to a place where there is a Hard Rock Cafe, food and drinks were absolutely delicious and of course you cannot leave the place without a souvenir, in my case, a Keychain so I can increase my "Hard Rock Cafe Keychain collection".
