I just want to say how Thankful and truly blessed I am to have Tyler and all of the customers service team to help me on Sept 2.2023. I went in with a bad split up with my husband and they did everything in their power to assist and help me as much as they could. Everyone has their down moments, but to use your heart and truly care shows alot. I want to wish him and his girlfriend a great future on her career and their move across country. I am so grateful and appreciate everything you did for me.

They were very busy but never once seemed like they were rushing any of the customers. Even when they were close to closing. I was very impressed with Aaron. He's very professional but at the same time has fun doing his job. He is very knowledgeable of the products he sells.

I didn't buy anything for other reasons, but the staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. Seen alot of people leave happy. A+

I had to return to Verizon and was once again treated so very kindly by Monica and Jeremy. I'm an in home care giver 24/7 365 for an alzheimers patient whom I brought with me. Jeremy and Monica both went to where he was sitting and made a point to greet him and talk to him. Once again thank you Verizon. All your employees should train by example of the employees at this location. Just sayin'

Tyler was really helpful when telling me about the switch from Galaxy to iPhone, and he was really nice. Great customer service. He even held the door for us.

Monica was a wonderful help and made my boyfriends switch from T mobile so easy!! He had issues getting a phone with his previous carrier and took them hours to try and help him and he left empty handed. When we arrived at Verizon, Monica had a phone in his hand within 30 mins!! We appreciate her great customer service!

Today I switched networks to Verizon. I was very happy with my experience at this location. Marquis helped me and my family this morning. We all left with new phones and our trade in value was great. He helped us the entire way and answered a million questions. He didna wonderful job. Not only did we all upgrade our phones our phone bill also went down with the switch. I couldn't be happier with my service today.

The staff was very professional and helpful. I wish I remembered the gentleman who helped me. He answered all my questions. He didn't rush me. He was very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service I received.

The sales staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The customer service is awesome. This Verizon is conveniently located, and it has a huge selection of phones and other accessories, which are reasonably priced. However, don't forget to ask about any promotions and/or sales. Sometimes there is a wait time but it's tolerable. When purchasing a new phone or accessories, for example, it is best to have a list of questions to ask your salesperson. With the excitement of purchasing anything new (or used), it certainly helps to have a prepared list of questions if you are not knowledgeable about the product. I definitely recommend this Verizon.

Five Star Plus rating at this Verizon retail store. Excellent customer service the help me find the right kind of cell phone and I was looking for I'm playing that I can forward and work with my budget and I have no complaints whatsoever excellent customer service hooray to Verizon store. I was very pleased I will return with some new customers.

I went in today to switch my number back to Verizon from another carrier and was very pleased with the service I received. Tyler took the time to navigate my difficult problem and didn't stop until he had provided a solution.

I never expect much from Verizon. However my visit to this store was a good one. My S5 was malfunctioning.I had replaced the battery.That was not the problem.The rep.Jamal explained all my options.Sal the supervisor also helped. He got me an S9.Transferred info and had me out in around 30 minutes. Once thing... they need a chair at each sale station. Visited again today.Still a 5 Great service.

The associate diligently helped me replace my Belkin screen protector since the Apple store has been closed. She took her time and did not let me leave without my phone protected. What an Awesome experience. #LoveVerizon

Never been by this location when they weren't busy. However they take all the time you need with them. Never making you feel rushed. So far each time we've been to this location, it has been a really good experience
